    Aloha and thanks for stopping by. In this episode we will apply the level II Upside-Down Pilates curriculum to our matwork. The Upside-Down Pilates level II curriculum begins adding in strength and endurance to your workout along with new exercises. In this full Pilates workout we will learn exercises such as breathing, 100's, double leg stretch, seahorse, teaser, swan dive, and side bends. So grab your mat and let's workout!

    Oh boy Lisa you have ruined me for any other Pilates practice. Since doing your Pilates the curvature in my spine has corrected so much. Thank you. 🌻🌞

    I always like Level II more than III and find it more challenging in some ways. Trying to figure out why.
