I lost 14 kg in 3 months and I am 11 years old. This is what I did: 1. I registered for school sports every term (basketball, netball, soccer) and sports that are very high intensity and involve a lot of moving 2. I started drinking only water (maybe a little bit of juice only at special events). Absolutely no soft drinks. 3, I ate healthier alternatives to all of my favorite foods (for example, healthy pizza or healthy chicken nuggets). There are a lot of healthy recipes online that your parents or, if you’re old enough, you can make 4. I did a 20 minute rotation exercise (20 minutes of leg workouts, 20 minutes of running or other cardio workouts, 20 minutes of strength building workouts) plus this workout 5. I talked to my friends at school and my parents about it. They were very encouraging. 6. I worked out with my older brother and parents. 7. Whenever I was hungry and I had already eaten breakfast, lunch or dinner, I reached for an apple, pear or orange rather than a packet of chips or ice cream. 8. I after I had completely finished working out to loosen my joints

I started doing this exercises just for 7 minutes a day on March 20th and I was 74.4 kg. Today is April 4 and I am 72.8 kg. In 15 days with this exercises I lost 1.6 kg. It is wort to try. I am happy with the result.

Please be careful while dieting- After three days of intense exercise routines and dancing, as well as 3 very small meals a day, I almost collapsed. My whole body was shaking, and aching for food. I didn't sleep well, and though I was loosing weight very fast, it wasn't healthy for me. Please be careful.
3 meals isn't enough for your body. In order to lose weight properly you should be eating 4-6 small meals the last meal should be light before going to bed due to your stomach will start pulling at the food that you were eating earlier and that's what makes you keep fat. Hopefully this helps!
Honey, if you're going to exercise intensely, please eat. Diet is not about eating less, it's about eating right. It's more to change what you eat, not change your portion. Eat healthy, your body needs energy and nutritions, especially if you're going to exercise. Good luck

Not really. There is always a choice to, you know, not read the comments? I find the comments reassuring, to be honest, so that I don't feel as bad when I'm not motivated to workout. Shows our humanity a bit, that we're not always perfect.

Just a note: take breaks in between each exercise for 30 seconds. That's basically why most people are saying "I'm dying". It's unhealthy and takes your breath when you do it nonstop.
It doesn't, "Take your breath," And it's not unhealthy, you're respiring anaerobicly which produces energy at a faster rate and therefore it is better for intense exercise. When people say, "I'm dying," It means that they are very tired and are breathing rapidly. That's the repayment of oxygen debt and isn't unhealthy at all. And feeling tired is due to them not doing enough exercise in general so when they do, they find it difficult
You're all right :) personally, I will keep pushing pause until I feel my heart can take this high rythm, because we don't all start with the same health and metabolism. In my opinion, no matter which course you fallow, your body will tell you when you're pushing too hard. For the majority of people starting from zero, the first win will be to make those exercises a habit, to hack their brain into being responsible for themselves and becoming a human again (I.e that moves, thinks and is able to feed itself without the overload of bad things that sedentariness (=fucked up hormones, brain function and emotions) and industrial shitty food give us)
I downloaded this 7min app on my phone which was similar to this exercise. I did it like 5/7 days every week for a few month and I was 54kg, then I lost 4kg and was 50kg. ofcourse I was on no junk food diet too. then one day I decided, now that I've lost weight, why don't I just eat whatever I want? and now I'm 58kg. worst decision ever 😂😂😂 now I gotta go back on this again 😣 it's always hard to start but I just started dieting again. I lost 1 pound a day! 1 week = 7 pounds! If you want the same results, do this once a day and 10min Zumba. I also have a diet - Small portions, No sugar, Low carbs, and LOTS of water. Tips- Everyday for breakfast i have a protein shake, these are really fulling and healthy. I also ate no fruit, i am unsure if this helps on the diet but i don't like/eat any fruit. hope i helped :) please comment if i did.

(If u watches my channel and sees this, it’s just me doing my workout! It’s healthy and for all ages!😋) I have done this workout routine for almost the whole semester, but I didn’t really control my diet - now when I do, I have seen so many changes just in a couple of days! It feels like my whole body have changed shape, I wasn’t fat before or anything but I’ve gotten more visible curves etc. I have lost a lot of fat too, so when I put on my yoga pants they was not as tight anymore😊 I don’t do this for the sake of losing weight, but I do this for losing fat and building muscle mass.
I do this 3 times a week in the evenings before tea and it feels great! Rest day in between so as to keep motivation going. It’s hard to start with but gets easier, the fitter you get 👍🏽🏁 You can do it! 🤸🏼♂️🏆🥇
It really helps me because I focus in what I'm doing an not my breathing so hearing that makes me try to pace my body and breaths. It's also quite relaxing and a nice calm this to focus on if you're struggling I've realized.

Ok THIS IS LEGIT. I was talking shit during the 1st 3 mins, saying only lazy people liked this. Then I got to #6 or 7 and was feeling the fast pace and intensity! To get the best benefit from this, you should do this a minimum of 2 times!
Im 14 and 153 pounds and am trying to lose 25 pounds. Im gonna try to do this in the morning before i eat and in the afternoon when i get home or at least twice in the afternoon. I will also only eat 25 grams of fat a day for a week. Hopefully it works!😊

I was pretty much fit and in good shape a few months ago (idk about now because all I've been doing is sitting down and studying because of my exams for these past 5 months). Please be careful while dieting- After three days of intense exercise routines and dancing, as well as 3 very small meals a day, I almost collapsed. My whole body was shaking, and aching for food. I didn't sleep well, and though I was loosing weight very fast, it wasn't healthy for me. Please be careful.

3 meals isn't enough for your body. In order to lose weight properly you should be eating 4-6 small meals the last meal should be light before going to bed due to your stomach will start pulling at the food that you were eating earlier and that's what makes you keep fat. Hopefully this helps!
Honey, if you're going to exercise intensely, please eat. Diet is not about eating less, it's about eating right. It's more to change what you eat, not change your portion. Eat healthy, your body needs energy and nutritions, especially if you're going to exercise. Good luck

Just a note: take breaks in between each exercise for 30 seconds. That's basically why most people are saying "I'm dying". It's unhealthy and takes your breath when you do it nonstop.
It doesn't, "Take your breath," And it's not unhealthy, you're respiring anaerobicly which produces energy at a faster rate and therefore it is better for intense exercise. When people say, "I'm dying," It means that they are very tired and are breathing rapidly. That's the repayment of oxygen debt and isn't unhealthy at all. And feeling tired is due to them not doing enough exercise in general so when they do, they find it difficult

You're all right :) personally, I will keep pushing pause until I feel my heart can take this high rythm, because we don't all start with the same health and metabolism.
In my opinion, no matter which course you fallow, your body will tell you when you're pushing too hard. For the majority of people starting from zero, the first win will be to make those exercises a habit, to hack their brain into being responsible for themselves and becoming a human again (I.e that moves, thinks and is able to feed itself without the overload of bad things that sedentariness (=fucked up hormones, brain function and emotions) and industrial shitty food give us)
I downloaded this 7min app on my phone which was similar to this exercise. I did it like 5/7 days every week for a few month and I was 54kg, then I lost 4kg and was 50kg. ofcourse I was on no junk food diet too. then one day I decided, now that I've lost weight, why don't I just eat whatever I want? and now I'm 58kg. worst decision ever 😂😂😂 now I gotta go back on this again 😣 it's always hard to start but I just started dieting again. I'm lazy asf 😂

I lost 1 pound a day! 1 week = 7 pounds! If you want the same results, do this once a day and 10min Zumba. I also have a diet - Small portions, No sugar, Low carbs, and LOTS of water. Tips- Everyday for breakfast i have a protein shake, these are really fulling and healthy. I also ate no fruit, i am unsure if this helps on the diet but i don't like/eat any fruit.

I have done this workout routine for almost the whole semester, but I didn’t really control my diet - now when I do, I have seen so many changes just in a couple of days! It feels like my whole body have changed shape, I wasn’t fat before or anything but I’ve gotten more visible curves etc. I have lost a lot of fat too, so when I put on my yoga pants they was not as tight anymore😊
I don’t do this for the sake of losing weight, but I do this for losing fat and building muscle mass.

It really helps me because I focus in what I'm doing an not my breathing so hearing that makes me try to pace my body and breaths. It's also quite relaxing and a nice calm this to focus on if you're struggling I've realized.

Thank you so much for the video it's really inspiring me but to be honest, i don't think that these simple workouts are really efficient to lose fat at the long term. I believe that the best way is to get a full weight loss program such as losing weight by yoga programs which are having a huge success these days. For me i'm sure that nothing gonna work for me as i'm addicted to junk foods lol

It is ideal for beginners earlier I could never complete it but over the time I am not exhausted and sometimes I think I can do it twice. Works on a lot of different muscles.

Im 14 and 153 pounds and am trying to lose 25 pounds. Im gonna try to do this in the morning before i eat and in the afternoon when i get home or at least twice in the afternoon. I will also only eat 25 grams of fat a day for a week. Hopefully it works!😊
