- With Burns Night coming up tomorrow and the usual celebrations on hold, I thought I'd knock together probably the greatest full Scottish breakfast ever, in homage to all the fine subscribers watching from north of the border!
A veritable smorgasbord of haggis, tattie scones, square sausages, black pudding, links, streaky bacon, toast, fried bread, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, fried eggs, spam and of course...some Tunnock's Tea Cakes and Irn Bru for good measure!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Square sausage, it's called Lorn sausage, and it's a staple in Scotland 😋 perfect for a stottie with egg and brown sauce yummy!!!

@@CMBartwork It's "slice" mate. Rolls off the tongue much easier. "Slice roll" instead of "a roll and square sausage" like I hear southerners and easterners come out with. Means you can just say "slice", when you mean square, and "sausage" when you mean links. No need for all the extra words lol

Being a Dutchie living in Rome for a few years now, I got pretty used to the 1 cornetto (croissant) style breakfast here, but when I see a hot scrumptious display like that... damnnnn... 😍🤤
I am connected (for name) where i am staying has real bad WIFI, so i have been missing so much. It sucks, i know I sound selfish moaning about internet with what is happening around the world. But I am in a real dark place at the moment, just so much crap and having You Tube ad being able to watch Mr Beard help distract me. So for now, so how it magically pop up today the WIFI, i am on a big catch up on things , Mr Beard being one of them, I miss watching his videos, so gotta catch up. Thank you for the smiles. As a Sassenach, can I just say thank you to Scotland for Lorne Sausage? In a stottie with bacon and ketchup, it simply can’t be beat.

Tea Cakes are the best. I just got my case of them I ordered from UK. Im in the states, took 2 weeks to get em but well worth the wait

Hiya Pal, from an Englishman living in Scotland, haggis is a bit hit or miss, I find that the traditional method of cooking it like a boil in the bag is rotten, so following a tip from the cook in a local cafe, cook it like a boil in the bag first, and then fry it like a burger to firm and crisp it up a bit works.
