The seed of a mango is about as thick as your thumb. Locate the stem and with that width in mind cut straight down on each side of it so you have 2 scoopable parts and a "middle slice" in which the seed is. The two end parts you have a lot of options with. You can scoop those out, but you can also cube it up with a knife (without cutting the skin) and turn it inside out so the cubes spread apart and you can eat it off of the skin. The seed "slice" will also have a lot of fruit on it. I prefer cutting off chunks. If you eat it right off with your teeth it tends to have strands that get stuck in your teeth easily.
I love when these body builders call themselves “athletes” and they do cardio going for a morning walk, or walking on the treadmill on an incline while they hold on with both hands for dear life. Nick is a true athlete in every sense of the word.

Nick if you search up Keema is a desi style ground beef dish with spices and you can pit potatoes and green peas in it. It is amazing with basmati rice. I think you would love this dish
For cutting mangos, I cut around the seed, to get 2 halves. After that, I slice grids into them so I can scoop some mango cubes and eat them like that. You cut the grid into it but I like doing that. Side note: I cut them into about 12 on each half, so 24 cubes total.

I would be very curious to see a full cheat day from Nick; not one of those times where they go to a burger place or a taco place and he gets one meal that’s relatively unhealthy but also probably still fits perfectly into his macros needs for the day as he’s potentially eating slightly better than usual for his other meals and easily makes up for it, but a full day of just indulging. To cut a mango lol: look at it from the top where the stem would be turn it to where it’s not wide but long and then cut close to the stem. If you put you knife in and you feel it get stuck you hit the pit

I always go with 3-4 days with all cooked meat and chicken, even cooked vegetables etc... Im sure you could push it to 5 plus days but im never game enough.
A 60w increase usually indicates that the previous FTP was way off. You should have been training at this FTP months ago if you were truely committed to sub 10.

He does get sleep and it’s not like he’a doing anything out of the norm. Professionals who haven’t broken into that 1% tier do this for all sports and have a full time job on the side. You have to remember a lot of this is the "highlights" of his life. Not every day is like this and there are lower volume and rest days. They make it work.
17:02 eh.. on the left yes but on the right no. Plain rice is lacking compared to almost any veggie. It is the epitome of empty calories. Rice is so bad it leeches vitamins from the body on its way out. Avocado is just pure fat intake. Most of us are taking in more fat than is optimal. Don't go over 20% of total calories from fat for best cardiovascular health and performance. AVocado does not have a very good micro nutrient content either. It is one of the worst sources of fat you can get. Paired with rice this is a fail combo. The meat is directly causing cardiovascular disease and diminishing performance. Also messing with your platelet activity, causing inflammation, cancer, depression, reduced blood flow, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, etc... Have whole raw nuts for your fats - specifically sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds as those are least impactful on environment and have good omegas too. If you are lean and eating sunflower seeds there is zero reason to take omega supplements or even DHA supplements. Body regulates everything well automatically when you are healthy. Whole nuts come with all manner of compounds which mediate the impact of the fat in the nuts and actually divert he fat to where it is used properly. If you replace the elk, rice and avocado with a lentil dish which is ph balanced from acidid to neutral via alkaline green plants during cooking you will automatically get BCAAs and you will manage to get lots of protein despite not eating meat. It is the added rice carbs which make it difficult to hit protein numbers using legumes. I'd drop eating dry powders also. Nothing good in that. And blending all your berries in a blender is literally taking away the nutrition as well. It is processed food. You know what makes processed meat processed? They throw it in a blender. That is all it takes to mess with the nutrition of a food. Blending really does wonders in destroying the nutrition. You can use a blender at home to extract DNA from peas. It is a typical DIY experiment. Blending is not neutral. Ironically the elk meat is more nutrient dense than the typical vegan bread and avocado or rice and tofu meal. The issue is that it does more harm than good -but you will still perform better than if you eat rice and tofu for your calories. By all means never replace meat with tofu. That is so terrible for you... tofu is the processed monster of plant foods. It is processed and high in fat content. Essentially processed fat at the end of the day. Lacking in micronutrients as well... and you better got those in. Things like anti oxidants are required for recovery and healthy living - if you ate up tofu for your calories you're not leaving much room for fruit : that high fat content will simply take up all room as you try to hit protein numbers. Messes with daily fat % intake as well.

I found that to cut a mango it’s easiest to use a vegetable peelers and after you peel it just cut around the pit

Have whole raw nuts for your fats - specifically sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds as those are least impactful on environment and have good omegas too. If you are lean and eating sunflower seeds there is zero reason to take omega supplements or even DHA supplements. Body regulates everything well automatically when you are healthy. Whole nuts come with all manner of compounds which mediate the impact of the fat in the nuts and actually divert he fat to where it is used properly.
If you replace the elk, rice and avocado with a lentil dish which is ph balanced from acidid to neutral via alkaline green plants during cooking you will automatically get BCAAs and you will manage to get lots of protein despite not eating meat. It is the added rice carbs which make it difficult to hit protein numbers using legumes.
I'd drop eating dry powders also. Nothing good in that. And blending all your berries in a blender is literally taking away the nutrition as well. It is processed food. You know what makes processed meat processed? They throw it in a blender. That is all it takes to mess with the nutrition of a food.
Blending really does wonders in destroying the nutrition. You can use a blender at home to extract DNA from peas. It is a typical DIY experiment. Blending is not neutral.
Ironically the elk meat is more nutrient dense than the typical vegan bread and avocado or rice and tofu meal. The issue is that it does more harm than good -but you will still perform better than if you eat rice and tofu for your calories. By all means never replace meat with tofu. That is so terrible for you... tofu is the processed monster of plant foods. It is processed and high in fat content. Essentially processed fat at the end of the day. Lacking in micronutrients as well... and you better got those in. Things like anti oxidants are required for recovery and healthy living - if you ate up tofu for your calories you're not leaving much room for fruit : that high fat content will simply take up all room as you try to hit protein numbers. Messes with daily fat % intake as well.

possibly, i just wandered because the rant is quiet detailed but then may be not when i read the part on avocado and fats, considering avocado does have nutritional value aside from just fats and nuts are much harder to digest and contain compounds that can be quiet toxic on the body unless they are activated.
Anyway, i was just curious...
