- Completely upstaging the official update is this update (more than just controlled swings）with the eject mods. We have the same exact unity style swing up swing down control with the same EXACT button input logic!!! As you can see we can have default swing, swing up, and swing down conexisting and completely controlled!
Set it up so that your parkour and sprint is the same button, then assign (if you're controller user like me) hotkeys to in CE to deactivate on release, then assign in game as you would with parkour up and parkour down. It's not perfect since there's kink to the swing up &down with this mod but I have to EMPHASIZE that this is huge for parkour depth in mirage. PUSH ubisoft to improve and add this if you're a console player!!!! You've done it once you can do it again!

For anyone wondering it's probably forward you maintain height of swing, parkour down descends, parkour up elevates.
"parkour heads" is such a beautiful term.

so basically people are putting AC unity mechanics into Mirage via mods? is the base game actually this good to be worth all this trouble?
I don't have it and even tho I am a long time AC fan i've been disenchanted with the franchise for too long now and the base game parkour, the small potion I've seen, seems to close to Origins Odyssey and Valhalla parkour's system for me to even warrant giving it a try
@@chrheca one can easily say the same about unity’s parkour being janky and delayed and doesn’t warrant fixes, but you’d never have acufixes, plenty of people were massively disappointed by that game too
@@michaelm1221 I understand that point yes. What I mean is, I do not know if Mirage is different from Odyssey, Valhalla and Origin's parkour systems. At least looking at videos it does not look like it, just the setting makes it a lot more dynamic and enjoyable to do parkour (due to the highly urban area)
Wasn’t this already in AC Syndicate?
It's since been taken out of the following games, and too be honest, the base unity/syndicate actually doesn't let you do this as precisely as this mod
