Missed opportunity to show them not just the climbing mechanics but also the vaulting/jumping through street obstacles since that's a big aspect of modern parkour.
Unity can be a parkour experts react episode on it's own. There is so much more you can do parkour wise in that game. You simply just have to look up the videos on youtube.
My favorite part of that system is taking five minutes to get through a window because its one of three choices for running. /s If i want to go around it i will go around for the love of God enter the window. First whine my friend had and has consistently ruined my missions. The slides dont always work and corner pots were removed its definitively the most overrated considering actual user score is the lowest of all 16 games in the series
@@Growmetheus out of all the assassins creed games unity’s parkour feels the smoothest and most expansive in terms of what you can do, the window issue is there but you dont encounter it often, corner pots were removed because the game map doesnt need them to function, and that doesnt mean they cant exist but its not a huge deficit to the games overall system everything in game complements itself in terms of parkour, i dont see how you can hate on the one thing the game did right.
Those TH-cam videos are redone over and over again, while the parkour is stylish and probably the best in the series, it's very incosistent and clunky.
@@Ligmaballin well, it's hard to master and even if you master it, it tends to snap it's parkour movement to something beside the player has intended. I think it has the most control while also has the least freedom of movement. Pressing Freerun+jump, will make Arno parkour and jump for the farthest snap point and also make him go up. Pressing Freerun+freerun down will make Arno descent, sometime in control. Pressing just Freerun will make Arno jump to the nearest snap point and not go up. Combining those button is pretty difficult for smooth parkour. Leo K has a video about it.
The 50 meters jumps in Odyssey are result of main character being a demigod, he (or she canonically) is literally half god, so jumping from heights and magical abilities are normal
Choices of gameplays are TERRIBLE. They didn't do parkour they just moved on roofs. TH-cam is filled with top quality Unity parkour videos and they picked the most normal one. Black Flag and Rogue had EXACT same mechanics but their rank is different because choices of gameplay videos are terrible
You know that’s the tough part, we are given what we are given, the character may not even be in its highest level to see all the possibilities it can do 🤷🏻♀️

Since I'm not parkour expert I can't say you're wrong or right. However as a person who spend hundreds of hours in this series I think the choice of clips are terrible. If you picked them it's on you but as I said I don't think you chose them so whoever chooses the clips just made terrible choices and because of that this tierlist is far away from the truth.
@@JakeSnake07fr. Odyssey has good graphics, but due to the rainy weather and location it makes it look bad. And they played when when Alexios/Kassandra had the isu powers which takes away the fall damage. Of course it’s going to be unrealistic, but at least show some proper parkour
They should use footage from skilled people in the parkour for these clips. Like JCers has MANY videos were he does extremely cool combo's and such in many different games.
Legit they just run up whatever wall is in front of them. They don't show jack shit of the uniqueness of each system. At least have some side-ejects and catch ledges for the first system and be in a more central part of Paris in Unity 😭
@@insultlk wall ejects from ezio/altair, aerial vults from altair, ship parkour of shay/edward, forest parkour of connor, lantern swings/descent etc they showed absolutely showed nothing, i am sure if they gave the controller to a toddler then the toddler would have produced a more interesting gameplay footage cuz it would probably press some buttons and accidentally showcase some parkour stuff, here all they do is just run straight amd climp straight up. fkn retrded, i wasnt expecting S++ tier clips but was surprised how dogsh^t they clips come on guys, you are literally spending money for them to be here, show interesing clips so that you can see their surprised reactions and stuff, sgiw them wall ejects and stuff and they may even give insight or their own experience with it. you are spemding your resources make the mlst out of it come on
please do this again with someone actually utilising the parkour objects available in each game. Like you could have them see ship parkour from black flag, more trees in AC3, unity was done dirty they didn't run inside the city, you could do a lot of cool moves in syndicate as well which would have been awesome. You only showed some random climbing and jumping in this video, no drops or slides or vaults which ARE present in most of the games. Please have them react again to some parkour stuff from the games.
Whoever recorded the clips for this to show them did not do Unity justice at all, that game easily has the most flowy and creative parkour of all of the games, and the person recording just kept jumping off of buildings 😭 also you were spot on with your take on valhalla, it is so far from an assassins creed game its almost insulting
Definitely, played it for the first time recently and was impressed by the parkour. Using side ejects, back ejects, vaulting and grab ledge is really fun and you can string together some great stuff
odyssey does not look worse its just the cloudy graphics that make it look like that but when sun comes out its realy nice, and in my opinion its one of the best looking assasins creed games
It looks worse theres just more detail on each model, it's the same reason that Minecraft with shaders looks more realistic than GTA V for example despite being made up entirely of Blocks
The guy who got the footage for this clearly had a hate boner for Odessey. They captured footage using the worst settings, holding the most ridiculously long weapon, and using practically none of the actual parkour mechanics.
I basicly agree with everythink you guys said given the material you were given, but those players... it feels like they trying to do anythink els but to show the real parkour those games have to offer.
Don’t think they showed enough of the parkour in Unity or did it justice this episode, like when you moved down from a certain part of the building, you’ll do cool animations, like around 14:38 but looks like they just held RT and X the whole time
Yeah, the ascending/descending mechanics were added in unity. The very first time it was shown in the gameplay trailer, descending from notre-dame, it blew my mind.
As pretty much everyone has stated, not using full moveset showcases was a mistake, the parkour in all of the games goes considerably deeper than what these clips demonstrated, and using full moveset showcases would have given them more to work with in terms of being able to distinguish the actual differences between the games, the only one that looked visually unique was Revelations because of the hookblade and the new games because of the way they completely simplified the parkour. Unity was done so dirty
Tbf to Valhalla, it makes sense that it looks bad. Eivor is a total amateur on this side of things and is kitted out like a warrior that runs in screaming. Agility ain't their strong suit. But ofc that just shifts the question to "why is this an Assassin's Creed game?" Also yeah Odyssey doesn't even try.
The Ac1 gameplay is amazing for 2007. I was born a yr before that, but I can imagine how crazy ppl would've gone for it despite growing up playing the ac games
I think these parkour experts should react to assassin's creed parkour expert. I feel like some of the game clips did not do the parkour system the justice as they didnt show all the parkour movements that are in the game like unity (the parkour down, plus the entire clip of unity parkour was bad) or ac 3 (tree parkour).
I was so sad when they got to ac3 and the clip wasnt in the forest, the tree parkour was the best part of that game and seeing how they reacted to the little tidbits of tree running in the vid, i would have loved to see their take on it
All the clips were terrible; they just held forward and jump. AC 1-revelations has sooooo many possibilities with side ejects, and Unity’s parkour takes zero skill to make look good but the they made it look horrific
Man that's the problem with gamology and picking videos. They always choose the worse kind of videos that don't really fully showcase on what you can do.
They literally could've pick the damn trailer in 2014 for Unity it would be an amazing option omg, Dumb choices, wasting the time of those two amazing people
The parkour shown in this video doesn't really show the full potential of the games. Not even going to the city in Brotherhood is a weird choice when the focus is on parkour
Sarah already said it a video or two ago, but they MUST react to the Prince of Persia series. Those games are the entire reason Assassin's Creed even exists and Sands of Time is what got ME into parkour in 2003. (Whoa. I've been a traceur for 20 years, holy crap.)
unity has good animations but it is very far from what parkour is in real life, which is the point of the video, to see which parkour is the most successful, and in that case the first and last AC are better
@@kenni3313 well, it makes sense since in ac1 it have the most basic, while the last one in the lore he is not even assassin but viking meaning it make sense that he does it not as flashy.
Well Unity is really not the best. It too flashy it can look cool but it too much. Some of the animations are weird. It common problems most can see if you do it right.
The moment Origins got S, I stopped the video and now typing this. Nothing against Origins, I actually loved it and 100% the game but the parkour is not as better as the previous AC games. Can't watch it further but still love you guys. Keep it up!
in odyssey's defense, the character is supposed to be like a semi-god, a descendant from the isu lineage, so this explains why they can jump from towers and still be able to walk

We need a redo of parkour experts react to Dying Light 1 with a person that actually knows what their doing and has a leveled character. Especially because David Belle helped the animation team make the parkour look as realistic as possible.
Instead of showcasing random gameplay parts of each game, I think you should have showcased special parkour mechanisms in each game. In all the gameplays dude is running most of the time. In my opinion unity and syndicate are the best, next comes AC1 and so on. Odyssey's parkour is bad but it is one of the best games ever. And I also think the outfit adds some emotion to the parkour as well. Unity and AC 3 outfits are great which help in making them look cool and for valhalla I think they should use a different outfit....The robe is covering everything (I'm not a parkour expert btw :) )
You're objectively wrong. Unity does look better but mechanically, AC 1 to revelations is way better but these games do a really poor job of explaining all the mechanics properly so most people don't even know they exist.
@@Ishpreetb264 Yeah, AC1-Revelations have better Parkour, mechanic wise. What Unity did was made its Parkour animation appealing, due to its motion capture and smoothness.
I feel like Valhalla having “weightier” “slower” parkour is intentional. Eivor is a Viking. They don’t exactly spring to mind when thinking of parkour experts lol
What are you talking about? Most warriors throughout history had the balance and fascia to be descent parkourists. Vikings would absolutely be good at parkour.
@@lucasgrey9794 a very fair point. I should have been clearer in my statement. Don’t take it as I’m saying Vikings wouldn’t have had some legitimate and real agility or capabilities with parkour. I’m just saying when thinking of warriors who are light on their feet most wouldn’t immediately go to Vikings from the get go
Really should’ve shown more of Connor close to the ground going over object and then going to the roofs, and really should’ve shown Unity in a heavier building city area was ridiculous having him in one of the more outskirts esc areas. Should’ve shown Arno going up and really should’ve shown some of his more unique descends. All the parkour footage was not the best the games could show. Really could’ve planned out some better routes
They could’ve just shown the game’s mechanics; they never did a single side or back eject in the OG games, and they couldn’t even make unity’s parkour look good, and Unity parkour takes zero skill to make look good. They just needed to hold forward on a parkour starter and it look good.
Generally, people's "BEST PARKOUR SYSTEM IN AC" depends on their own criteria of "what a good parkour system is" to them. AC1 and Ezio Trilogy parkour fans criteria is "Freedom of Accuracy Movement". Parkour moves should be accurate, move-cancelable when needed, and the level design should be made to serve that system: a complex level design with cities focus around parkour objects, which sometimes scale down the height of buildings to better suit the parkour system. It is the perfect game for people "I want to challenge myself with the depth of this system" AC Unity parkour fans criteria is "The Coolness of the movement". Arno is fast, every move he does is flashy, and the animations of the same kind of input may not be the same everytime you do it. Animations are also the things that prevent the moves from cancelabilty, which limit the accuracy of input. They are the perfect games for people who enjoy "I want to be cool" AC3, AC4 and AC Rogue parkour fans criteria is "The perfect middle ground of the 2 above". They want something looks cool, but not to the point of sacrificing so much input accuracy. They are the perfect games for people "I want to try a system that is a lil bit cool, but also needs to be input-accurate a bit" AC Origins parkour fans (and maybe Odyssey and Valhalla, too) criteria is "I'm new to AC, and I don't care much about how we parkour in games. It looks good enough". As you can see in the video above, the people in the vids may seem curious about AC games, but they show no interest in what parkour in Games need to be, they're only criteria is "how it looks compared to their own way of parkour in real life". That said, this video is interesting, and I have no ill will against these 2 experts in the video. But pls, at least choose a parkour sequence from anyone that ACTUALLY GOOD at these games, not a gameplay footage of a person who just running in a straight line (and probably don't fuking know what they're doing).
I say, I'm a mix of the 1st and 3rd kind of gamer. I care alot of how the inputs functions, but also want the animations to look fluid and smooth. My idea game would be Unity's animations, but AC 2 and 3 type of input and movement.
@@Pooky1991 to be fair, a game that has both flashy animation and high input-accuracy with cancelable movements is totally doable. Take DMC5 for example (yes, I know it's not the same genre as AC), that game has so many flashy moves but the input-accuracy is still there, and some mechanics are even better than some previous installments. To make this possible, the devs at Capcom was given time to polish DMC5, they learn from their mistakes (the DmC reboot) and the most important thing: a game engine that is optimized and suited for their work. AC Unity has none of the things above. The dev was not given enough time to polish, and the game was rushed which resulted in so many bugs/glitches. Ubisoft kept changing ideas, and they even throw out some mechanics that's good in the first place instead of learning from their pros and cons to improve them. The engine that Unity used is too new to the devs at the time, which also limited their abilities to adapt and work with it. If there'll be a day that AC series has a game that has all good input-accuracy, good parkour environment, good stealth & parkour mechanics and good movement animations, that's the day when Ubisoft give the right of making AC games to other publishers like Capcom right now for example. Consider how Ubisoft is still milking the AC games, that's not gonna happen.
@@huyvouc9785 But it's very much different in that the movement in DMC5 is extremely exaggerated, whereas AC is supposed to (at least originally) convey the movements of just a very physically fit person.
One of the theories about the games different styles of parkour I have is the better ones are the ones with years and years of masters training them. Altiar was amazing and so was Ezio. If you look at III and Black Flag, it's more free form and flaily, just guys using their natural dexterity to move around. And if you get into the games put at the beginning of the timeline, they all had to figure it out themselves as well. Basically inventing parkour and assassination techniques.
They basically showed running animations for all games not parkour, like the clips were of a guy who could point forward and press x, there was no parkour to speak of on this one, also, you put Unity there and go to some pig farm with three houses across? Damn, that was one HELL of a video brothers
And some actual parkour gameplay from Odyssey. I don't think it was a great idea to repeatedly show the most ridiculous part of Odyssey, which is just an unlockable to ignore fall damage to showcase the parkour. And I don't know why they recorded it in such terrible graphics option. Odyssey is at least as good looking as Origins if not better.

@@sharmuuu Look man, I can also spit out these statements, that Oh, Odyssey is the best AC. I have no idea how can you not like it. R u insane??!!, etc., but there's no point. I'm playing Odyssey right now. I think it looks beautiful. I like the world, story, the combat, the exploration and even the mythos, collection, etc. This won't change even if you spit these statements out. I guess you don't like it and that's fine, each to their own. But ask anyone about Arno and you will probably get the same answer that I gave you. His initial concept and introduction was interesting, probably because it was somewhat similar to Ezio's. After that however it went downhill. He became nothing but a lackey to Creed's leaders. The romantic stuff with Templar lady sounded interesting at first, but in the end didn't lead anywhere. The last fight was downright bad. The combat is terrible in Unity, including the combat animations, especially the 2-handed weapons. You can't equip a rifle and a one-handed sword at the same time. On the other hand I throughly enjoyed playing a private detective and I guess the different puzzles were interesting. Paris is beautiful and full of life I'm not arguing that, but I guess I prefer the open countryside of Greece. And of course the parkour peaked in Unity (even though there's some sketchy stuff with horizontal jumps sometimes). My initial comment never tried to bash on any other games and I wasn't about to praise the shit out of Odyssey. I was just mentioning that they didn't show any real parkour scenes from it, only the falls that had no fall damage, which is just an unlockable passive skill, not inherently part of the parkour gameplay. And I don't know what you've been playing, but at least for me Odyssey never looked as shit as it is shown. And I'm playing on high settings and on a 1366x768 monitor, since I don't have a high-end gaming pc.
what u both didnt realize is that the protagonist in 2, brotherhood and revelations's ezio was the first assassin to learn how to swim, altiar couldnt so thats why most if not all assassins creed protagonists could swim because that mechanic was first seen in ac2.
Lucy explains that Animus 1.38 (I think) has this bug and can't simulate swimming. It's crazy that they put Origins in S tier. IMO assassin's creed 3 was the start of the downfall and Assassin's Creed died with Unity and the fucking creed points
Re: Revelations and Brotherhood hand clipping, those two games were famously rushed out, very quick production, turned out within months, so while them building in AC and AC2 certainly made it better, they had to do a lot of things very quickly. This video is older, but I think we should appreciate the teams for those games more for turning out quite polished games in less than a year each.
My issue is that they said Odyssey didnt look good, when in reality it is the best looking of the serious, even if the game itself isnt the best AC game.
I gotta say this channel’s concepts are great, but the consistently find gameplay that undersells the experience. It’s like watching someone who picked up the controller a minute ago
There's no vaulting from ac1 or wall jumps using back eject and wall climbs and hanging objects in ac2 and no tree parkour in ac3 and so much more missing Actually to name a few more things off the top of my head for revelations and ac3 so that the list won't go on: Ac revelations: more hook tricks like quick grabbing a ledge below below you Ac3: house transitions and mountain climbing (applying to more games as well but i won't list every game)
AC 2, Brotherhood, and Revelations all focus on the same character, Ezio Auditore Da Firenze, and his journey as an assassin, hope Sara Mudallal and Omar Zachky see this to help understand the lore
Unity deserves S and Syndicate should be A. Unity has more animations and combinations in the movement system than any other AC game. But ofc they had to give a 4yo the controller when they recorded the gameplay.
The Assassins Creed Odyssey(2018) actually looks really nice. The reason it didn't look really nice was because it was raining and getting darker so you couldn't see as well, but that one is my favorite and in my opinion looks the best.
AC Odyssey is a really really beautiful game with an excellent setting. Probably you guys have reacted to that video which has either low or medium graphics settings applied.
Man, I remember playing the first game back in 2012/2013. That was how I was introduced to the franchise, and even though it was an old game, I fell in love with the story behind it all, loving the movement mechanics and assassination actions. After playing the next couple of games, I really enjoyed the advanced movement mechanics and storylines. Mainly the movement mechanics, because that got me into parkour (it... may have gotten me in trouble a few times, involving a few walls and a building) and I so wanted to replicate the different movements from each game. Be honest: anyone else gotten in trouble because you wanted to be an Assassin in middle/high school? Possibly college as well?
For unity there really should have been a bigger emphasis on the climbing instead jumping in the videos. It's probably still exagurated, but in the best way possible. I also haven't played valhalla, but I do like the feeling of the heaviness to it all since the character isn't supposed to be light and super agile.
I feel like all of these characters have different levels of parkour ability and some of them, like Eivor are just a bit more weighty since she is a Viking who wears more armor. And some of them are much lighter because they are raised in different cultures. I think that all of these games, story and gameplay fit the core of Assassin’s Creed absolutely perfectly. There’s a LOT more to the stories than you’d think that enables them to make so many different stories.
I also feel like they weren’t getting really crazy with the parkour moves either. You can do a lot of different moves that these videos didn’t show off. Way more than just running on rooftops
Yeah exactly, like with Arno, he’s way more agile and light compared to some of the other characters, especially because it takes place in Paris which is the birthplace of modern parkour and free running.
I agree wholeheartedly. Unity is the PEAK of Assassin’s Creed’s parkour system, but I fully acknowledge that’s it’s out of place in most of the other games
“Story and gameplay wise they fit the core of Assassins creed perfectly” uhh not really. In fact, ever since 2, the things that made AC what it is have slowly watered down more and more with every title.
I've got to say I'm not really impressed with the gameplay that was shown to them. Unity should have been shown in a city area, not the outskirts of Paris. Also, if either of the experts in this video read this comment, Assassin's Creed kind of threw Parkour out the window around Origins and focused more on combat and aren't very realistic. Edit: Can we get like a redo of this episode? There is no issue with the experts as they know a lot more than I do about parkour and from what was shown to them, that was a fair ranking, but please show them better gameplay, seriously.
So they're basically just ranking the gameplay footage instead of the actual game itself. Gamology never fails to use terrible representations of the games they're trying to showcase lol.
I think Unity did it best as a whole system, but you got cheated with a very meh video sequence of it. I'd "S" tier Unity's take on parkour. As a whole it's really damn good and definitely the peak for the series before it downgraded in later games like Origins through Valhalla.
The way they judged Odyssey was based on what the guy had equipped... doesn't make much sense in terms of judging the parkour... When I played the game I didn't have a trident or similar equipped because it looks stupid doing parkour wearing that. No shit. And you'd wear soft-thin leather boots not sandals... It's just what's equipped. Doesn't make the parkour in the game bad! Makes no sense. But overall this was fun to watch.
They did AC Odyssey dirty. They literally showed it in like 144p and it was foggy and disgusting. I’m sure they would have liked it more if they were like. Swinging around Pephka or sun.
I think the reason that Valhalla feels heavier and slower is because your character isn’t an actual assassin in the brotherhood, they are a Viking who didn’t learn parkour from the assassin’s brotherhood
I wanna say they sacrificed the parkour a little bit in Valhalla and Odyssey, because of the setting and the lore. I loved it, I understand that the parkour is superhuman and not practical. But it's cool and goes with the story.
In Odyssey, the reason he can safely land from so high up is because he is a demi-God, you unlock that safe landing at level 20, they added power-ups in the later games which I'm not a big fan of. Still I dont think theres much saving it

However to doesn’t change the fact that it is still part of the assassin creed lore. It’s basically the story of what happened before the creed and it’s also the closest to the Isu civilisation which is what connects all AC games as everything orbits around the Apple of Eden. It definitely separates from all the other games which is why a lot of people were mad at it, but I personally liked when Ubisoft tried to do something new with the franchise.
It's just based on Parkour , story and all those bomb crafting features are always better on revelations compared to all other ac games. And about Assassin's creed origins. It's good to us we players, but if we are being real it's the most unrealistic out of all of them
Like he said it's static and no curves to the junps
I agree. They missed out a lot of things
Forest parkour was cool but it was kinda all on rails. The cities are the best because you can make your own parkour routes.
MFS used the flattest parkour you can do in all these games, like, even in the story mode you are FORCED to do better moves😢
You can tell they were just holding run and forward forreal because they straight kept jumping off of stuff
I agree not to mention the in game zone they chose to showcase it in this video wasnt really the best either. im 100% with you on that
My favorite part of that system is taking five minutes to get through a window because its one of three choices for running.

Don’t think they showed enough of the parkour in Unity or did it justice this episode, like when you moved down from a certain part of the building, you’ll do cool animations, like around 14:38 but looks like they just held RT and X the whole time

Yeah that was the most boring run of Unity's Parkour I've ever seen.
I felt that feeling when they were screaming about Valhalla, even origins has it's moments too, I've played both games long enough to know that lol
I agree
Yeah, the ascending/descending mechanics were added in unity. The very first time it was shown in the gameplay trailer, descending from notre-dame, it blew my mind.
As pretty much everyone has stated, not using full moveset showcases was a mistake, the parkour in all of the games goes considerably deeper than what these clips demonstrated, and using full moveset showcases would have given them more to work with in terms of being able to distinguish the actual differences between the games, the only one that looked visually unique was Revelations because of the hookblade and the new games because of the way they completely simplified the parkour. Unity was done so dirty

It is the perfect game for people "I want to challenge myself with the depth of this system"
AC Unity parkour fans criteria is "The Coolness of the movement". Arno is fast, every move he does is flashy, and the animations of the same kind of input may not be the same everytime you do it. Animations are also the things that prevent the moves from cancelabilty, which limit the accuracy of input. They are the perfect games for people who enjoy "I want to be cool"
AC3, AC4 and AC Rogue parkour fans criteria is "The perfect middle ground of the 2 above". They want something looks cool, but not to the point of sacrificing so much input accuracy. They are the perfect games for people "I want to try a system that is a lil bit cool, but also needs to be input-accurate a bit"
AC Origins parkour fans (and maybe Odyssey and Valhalla, too) criteria is "I'm new to AC, and I don't care much about how we parkour in games.
Couldn't said any better than yours truly.. cheers
essay will get you killed
Good point man
Ac unity has SUCH good parkour that wasn't shown
It's easly an S tier
They basically showed running animations for all games not parkour, like the clips were of a guy who could point forward and press x, there was no parkour to speak of on this one, also, you put Unity there and go to some pig farm with three houses across? Damn, that was one HELL of a video brothers
We need them to show some actual quality Unity footage.
And some actual parkour gameplay from Odyssey. I don't think it was a great idea to repeatedly show the most ridiculous part of Odyssey, which is just an unlockable to ignore fall damage to showcase the parkour.

After playing the next couple of games, I really enjoyed the advanced movement mechanics and storylines. Mainly the movement mechanics, because that got me into parkour (it... may have gotten me in trouble a few times, involving a few walls and a building) and I so wanted to replicate the different movements from each game. I also haven't played valhalla, but I do like the feeling of the heaviness to it all since the character isn't supposed to be light and super agile.
They should've watched a professional thats cracked at parkour in ac games, we would've saw their true potential
Giving Origins a S tier an Unity an A tier is violation to the extremes
Any AC after Unity, the parkour feels like super human
The parkour was already superhuman in Unity
@@memecliparchives2254 exactly...
Any ac after ac blackflag *
yeah and super shit...
Modern AC will never match up against what the series was in the AC1-AC brotherhood era. It's just not the same anymore
I know right!!😢
I think we need a more extensive video in all the tricks in each game, like the wall hopping in AC 1 Ezio games, or the cool Unity tricks.
This video is cursed to the max level
The assassin creed syndicate that was Jack the Ripper
Martial Artists RECREATE Tekken Characters’ 10 Hit COMBO.
Impossible 😂😂

@@Gogehan100 Exactly.
They did Unity dirty🥹
Gamology never fails to use terrible representations of the games they're trying to showcase lol.
bruh........
I think Unity did it best as a whole system, but you got cheated with a very meh video sequence of it. I'd "S" tier Unity's take on parkour. As a whole it's really damn good and definitely the peak for the series before it downgraded in later games like Origins through Valhalla.
They didnt saw it, but from ac 3 you could vault (there also werent any side and back ejects who recorded this gameplay)
The gameplay was honestly terrible. If they weren't so entertaining together i would've clicked off
The way they judged Odyssey was based on what the guy had equipped... doesn't make much sense in terms of judging the parkour...
Based on the footage that was given to them, the ranking was fair and accurate.
Bruh they put Origins on top.
@@mmbol6551 maybe because the moves are way more realistic
@@mmbol6551 I still have to agree. Origins is very well done with its parkour.
@@xenite8555 The animations are well done but actually using parkour is not fun in the slightest atleast for me lol.
@@OgSudaI use it all the time tbh for me it goes natrually in origins no idea why

@@AyoItzDj Odyssey is a good game but not a good ac game
@@AyoItzDj i dont even know what that means. But if you dont think odyssey is a good looking game...dont know what to tell you
Odyssey is 🗑️
7:36 Ofcourse. Thats Connor's running animation. It's clean as hell :)
I think the reason that Valhalla feels heavier and slower is because your character isn’t an actual assassin in the brotherhood, they are a Viking who didn’t learn parkour from the assassin’s brotherhood
The way she said Valhalla would have the best parkour was CRAZY
They really chose the worse clip to showcase Unity's parkour.
Still I dont think theres much saving it
Still one of the best ac games. Don’t care what everyone says
@@stephentitus7137it's one of my favourite games ever, i think it's a great game as an action rpg set in ancient greece but i don't think it's a good "Assassin's Creed" game if that makes sense
@@CalumAtkinson yeah sure I guess you can say that cause there was no brotherhood and defeat the purpose of the title “assassins creed”.
You never seen the fighting mechanics in the origins , it's like you are playing a mobile game.
In my opinion ac revelations is the best in a game perspective rather than just about Parkour
Unity in A ? Wow dude
I am not mad at all with the placement because the last games just forgot everything that make assassin's Creed good (Valhalla is a C for me on everything and origins is good like a guilty pleasure) odyssey been call a mobile ad just confirm everything for me that game suck for everyone
And you decided that for odyssey just with a low quality clip. Hats off to you. You are the man.
@@mohammadashikurrahman7530 well I actually play the game and origins and Valhalla are the only two assassin's Creed i like the most from this generation odyssey at first I was like "ok in any moment we will get the Hidden blade and hood" but we didn't and from there it was like I was playing god of war ,if odyssey was advertise as a different game like a new franchise for Ubisoft ok I pass that it was advertised like an assassin's Creed game
Same for me! They were short samples for each but I loved that Origins (my beloved) ended up on S and the newer ones got the shaft lol
Odyssey a mobile game ad?? Clearly your haven't played odyssey or else you wouldn't have said so. Probably the most gorgeous AC game.
Unity has the best parkour
your mom has the best parkour
in Odyssey you play a demi god so they allowed an upgrade for no fall damage I believe this made the parkour element suffer as a result. In Valhalla you play a god and can also get no fall damage this also changed the parkour element although it was better than Odyssey's system. I think they should go back to basics with assassin's creed as we haven't played a proper assassin for a while now and I do miss it.
I still get fall damage from valhalla plus the character isn't god. The character is human with memories of the god in their DNA. I might be wrong.
@@darrenyap8 eivor is actually reincarnation of odin.
I agree, although odyssey/Valhalla do have some good parkour mechanics, it’s not as good as the originals. Wish they would have actually shown some of them here instead of just charging forward jumping off of high places 😅
petition to do this again with small assassins creed channels doing the parkour there are ones that include everything and pretty good chaining
sara mudallal is a very professional lady , the way she s handling this episode and handeling her partner omar in this ranking shows cool nerves
