I am not a Trekkie or a Trekker. There is a lady whose picture is in my wallet. She is wonderful, she is clever and very articulate. Her name is Kate Mulgrew. When I saw her I whispered 6 words in her left and turned away. As I walked away I saw her start to cry and ask after me. I ignored her and kept walking. I NEVER intended to hurt her. She knew that. That wonderful lady understood at that moment what it means to meet THE hero. She's awesome :-)
Agreed. Enterprise was the series I really grew up with in total, I mean I was born in '92 so you could say that DS9 and Voyager were mine, but it was Enterprise I saw much more of. I have seen them all now though, but it was such a shame for Enterprise, I miss it a lot. Scott is such an amazing actor, think he's such a great guy too. Have you seen that prank Dean Stockwell played on him? Any other actor would have had a fit, but not Scott.
I've never read up on that, but I DO remember Bakula asking the producers if he was hired was is mandatory for him to attend the conventions (he thought of Trek as just another acting job at teh time). I was sure we'd never see Bakula except at a very few rare key conventions. Nice to see he's grown into the phenomenon..
William Shatner and Avery Brooks are the toughest to get at these panels. They're just not as interested as Kate Mulgrew, Patrick Stewart and Scott Bakkula
Of all the Captains involved, I would have most liked to serve under Picard. My favorite was Janeway (reminded me of Katharine Hepburn). The most riveting of this bunch was Sisko.

Avery Brooks has got to be the coolest man in the World! I am dead against a black actor playing Nick Fury but if he had done it I would certainly not complain!

Kate Mulgrew is a force to be reconed with.... Not to mention she is completely bad ass

Stewart is classy and Mulgrew is intelligent and witty. I would have loved to see them play in the same movie

Kirk is my favorite Captain, but Count Bakula is my favofite as an actor.
Crossover epsiode for those five would be cool and with CGI deepfake them back to look like they where in the series.

Sam Jackson was mediocre as Fury, Brooks would have been absolutely perfect but star power is more valuable that ability in Hollywood.
