Star Trek's 30th Anniversary (this clip was part of a TV special celebrating the milestone) was in 1996. It wasn't until a season later that Seven came aboard the Voyager. 2) I believe Kate Mulgrew stepped in at the last minute and the script was tweaked because of a relapse in Kelsey Grammer's fight with addiction (but don't quote me on that).

A villain who's only discussed and heard, but never seen 😊
I just came across this as I have been watching Star Trek deep space nine on Netflix. I find it weird how TH-cam finds out what I have been watching. Lol. Loved that they had the dog too.
"Yes, and my brand new Romulan loafers were singed beyond recognition!"
I freaking LOVE (Kate Mulgrew's) Captain Janeway's Voice!! The way she talks! : ) That was a cool cross over, I wish Seven Of Nine and Frasier had been there though. It would of been funnier..
IMO she sounds like Katharine Hepburn... cool.
NERD ALERT: I have answers to both of those questions. 1) Seven of Nine hadn't been introduced at the time of this clip...
She had a one-woman show as Hepburn.
Pierre Mez Omg you didn't recognize frasier as the klingon??? lol
'would *have*, ffs.....; not 'would of'....geez!
It would be so funny if this the real cppt jane way from a prallel universe and Q send her to our universe, and she must had do this act do get back into her universe.
best Thought ever
Wayward†ProductionS i mean look at her its like he dont like to do it xD just her character in the real series
KMӔ That would be the funniest thing! 😂😂
this is exactly what happened
This is brilliance. The overlyness of captain Janeway is spot on she is amazing. I loved Niles and Daphne and Ross omg this was great
You love Niles, Daphne and Ros. So, what have you got against the other Frasier actor? I can't believe you out poor Eddie.
Why didn't Kelsey Grammer join them in this sketch ?
He’s already in Star Trek
Scheduling conflict; he was busy commanding the USS Bozeman.
