      In my OPINION 😅, I think is important to have a difference of opinion. It's a learning experience in many ways. That being said, there are a huge percentage of people or content creators that have the same thought process. I don't think it's right for someone to put their life on the internet in front of millions of people and expect only good or positive opinions. And a definitely do not agree with people blocking others BECAUSE of that opinion. If someone were to have a "negative" or different opinion, it's just that, an opinion. I can't imagine what it would be like if everyone thought the same way, it's just not very realistic .Having said all that, it's just so happens that I love your channel, lol. But I did want to put that out there just because I feel it's important.

    Open relationships are not my personal style but I really appreciated the way you talked about why you prefer them. It really made me think about how I have assumed so much about others who have open relationships. I’ve never really come across someone who I seem to have a parasocial relationship with explain to me reasons why they deem an open relationship as comfortable for them. I assumed that it was just about sex and other major intimate activities. You have shown me that there is so much more! As I said, it is not my cup of tea personally, but I can understand why it can be very comforting. Surrounding yourself in so much love and no restrictions being able to vibe in other peoples presents with no limitations or worries about affecting your primary “significant other“. Thank you so much for sharing Hannah. I know that that was vulnerable and you opened yourself up to a lot of hate from one-sided individuals. But… You also educated, intrigued, and enlightened people with open minds like myself! Thank you for being you. People who are desperate get into those relationships. It’s horrible for women and not natural. If a man knocked up 10 women at one time, he couldn’t possibly take care of them all over a 9 month period to make sure those babies make it! This whole lie of course men spread because they need sex 24/7. I haven’t in 2 years and I’m semi attractive. I think it’s pathetic women lower themselves to that. Men are basically laughing at it. As a woman it’s being a free prostitute and men even though they’ll never say it absolutely LOVE its free. Women get it free anytime.

I've never put it into words so clearly like you just did. I thank you so much for sharing that as the public figure you are because it helps to normalize something not a lot of people talk about. I think there are a lot of people that don't allow themselves to live like that even if that is genuine for them because it's not as acceptable or 'normal' 'common'. Then those same people end up alone or in monogamous or poly relationships that leave them unseen and unhappy. the way you're explaining open relationships is EXACTLY what me and my partner are like!! like we love each other so deeply and wholly, while also recognizing and celebrating crushes and feelings and attraction to people that aren't each other! like getting to talk about who we both think are cute or when we have a mutual crush, the giddy joy we both get from sharing that human experience together while also sharing the solid connection of committed partnership with each other is so wonderful for both of our brains. i know a lot of people with adhd and/or autism (myself included) that find this type of dynamic to be the most authentic and fulfilling!! for us, we call it non-monogamy, like we aren't just hyperfocused on one person for all of our relational needs, but we are also committed to each other as partners and friends and lovers, and whenever other people come through our lives that fulfill a need/desire/experience, we celebrate that for each other! tl;dr, i am the same, i see you and hear you, you are so valid, neurodivergent brains deserve relationships and experiences and lives that work for us, even if they aren't the "norm" 💕

      Yes yes same I love this so much!!!❤
      The excitement and sharing crushes part feels so full of love and cute and actually brings us closer together, it’s like your besties and lovers at the same time, I mean not ‘like’ we actually are… Me and my boyfriend (of 5 yrs) started being more and more open about this & exploring intimacy with others too recently, which is scary but also brings our relationship to a new level and opens our love evens more, because of the vulnerability, the trust, the deep love we feel first and foremost for eachother.

    I just found and love your channel! As an openly polyamorous person, I appreciate your talking about your open relationship style. It's true that it can be scary to talk about because then you have to deal with people who just don't get it. But the more it's talked about, the more people will understand it, like anything else. So thank you. Sending cozy thoughts 💕

    i feel you mean "unconditional" relationship someone just takes you with no conditions they love you and your flaws or they respect you if you want space. I have an unconditional relationship with my husband and I absolutely could do nothing wrong. I've gone a whole month of just wanting me time where I dont have to cuddle hug or do anything I can just have me time and he absolutely gives me my space.

    “Gather the Audacity” is a brilliant maxim for living. On the precipice of 50, over here. The cadence of my life feels foreign, and I lost my dad unexpectedly just after Thanksgiving. I am going over what I’ve done, not done, may want to do, learn to do, and all that jazz. Watching your vids, which I happened upon a couple of years ago, has brought much awe and inspiration, and finding my way back to them today, empowerment and gentleness. Thank you for sharing. “Gather the Audacity” would look good on a necklace, or a coffee mug, or a sweatshirt! I may make a watercolor. This phrase is a key to life. Go on, girl. 💛🌈 Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀

    I'll never agree with some of your views on life, but that's OK. I dont have to agree with everything you believe to love watching your life. I love the way you brain takles your life. I love that you're enjoying your life. I've never understood people getting angry... because someone they watch does something they disagree with. I'm not a fan of motorcycles because of a family tragedy, but I love that you love them. I watch you renovating and wish I had had the guts to take on those challenges when I had the chance...
    Please just keep doing you.

    I love your chat videos! I'm a 60-year-old grandma who's living vicariously through you and currently looking for my own little cabin in the woods....
    You don't have to share anything with us that you don't choose to. I would watch if all you did was skip through your garden, lol. Please keep the projects coming though, for purely selfish reasons- I'm pretty handy but I will admit you've taught me a few things and I'm sure you could teach all of us a few more. You don't have to take us on vacation, you don't have to share the private side of things but please please PLEASE continue to share the projects!
    As far as nasty comments go, I find myself sometimes speaking my mind when my mind doesn't need to be spoken- and I actually go back and delete the comment within a few minutes of posting it. Most times I don't mean to be hateful or hurtful, it's just something that comes out of my mouth and when I re-read it, I realize the emotion is lost in the text.
    "Delete comment" 😂.
    Just keep living your life and if the haters feel the need to be haters, send them love. ❤ (You can send them love while flipping them the bird... One does not negate the other😊.)

    I have wanted to start a TH-cam channel for years now (thanks to you - you’re so inspiring!) And the biggest reason I haven’t yet is because I’m terrified of all the hate comments or cruel comments that people seem to write on the most amazing channels. I’m thinking maybe I can remedy this fear by just turning off the comment section on my videos. I know it’s a great outlet for fans to share and been connect, but I don’t know if I can handle the mean and cruel comments. I’m quite an insecure person. When I watch a Netflix show, I don’t scroll to the bottom of the show and read the comments after because there are none. Watching something is very personal - only our eyes do it. So maybe it doesn’t need to be shared in the comment section. But I’m not sure. It makes me sad that you have had to go through that. The only reason they write those things is because they don’t love themselves. When we love ourselves we would never say or write something that we know could potentially hurt someone. ❤ Thanks for being such a huge inspiration in my life I’ve watched you since 2019 and you are amazing!!! ❤❤

    Thank you for bringing up "open relationships." I understand. People do assume open relationships are motivated by sex rather than intimacy. It feels like relationships in this society are an all or nothing proposition which is so sad. I love emotional connection and there are so many levels of connection between people. Love is the best part of life. While having sex with multiple people may not be for everyone, I think it's time we expanded our allowances for emotional connection, having the freedom to love those we love by spending time together, sharing talents, having deep and meaningful conversations, sharing experiences of life at a profound level. Love is not finite. Loving someone does not take away from other love relationships. Restricting connection and owning someone's heart is not love.

    • @windingstars
      @windingstars 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      People who think poly relationships are all about sex are mistaken.
      What poly relationships are truly about are insecure attachment styles, a fundamental fear of commitment, a greener glass mentality, a fear of true intimacy and the vulnerability which comes with putting all your emotional eggs into one single romantic partner who is supposed to be your life partner.
      Polyamorous people aren't enlightened, they're lost and confused and Hannah is a perfect example, always traveling, always engaged in multiple projects, lack of a meaningful career, simply documenting a life devoid of purpose or true emotional connection that requires vulnerability and commitment.
      Just a mess.
      How many people can live like this? What would society look like if everyone lived like this?
      Sometimes society judges harshly for a reason.

    • @hannafriesen5113
      @hannafriesen5113 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      i understand this conclusion, but don't you realize polyamorous people have already thought about all this already?
      maybe our pasts shapes us in ways that make certain lifestyles more fitting, less compromising to our authenticity.
      an insecure attachment style is not some illness, the past cannot be changed, but the present, more specifically an adults life, needs only adjustments that work.
      ps. this is a youtube channel, you dont actually know Hannah.
