WHOA-she builds, she sews, she cooks, rides a motorcycle, she can tackle simple plumbing-what a diverse set of talents !! You can do anything Hannah! Simply impressive. Wish l had even half your skills!
This year, early in the season, plant lots of mosquito repelling plants ; citronella, lavender, basil, rosemary, marigolds, lemon grass, sage, mint, peppermint, geraniums, not only pretty, but your yard will smell amazing too.
You need to build a cute little arched bridge for your creek this summer. Make it safe then attach twisty branches to look fairy cottage like. Plant something that could climb the rail add solar fairy lights too. In winter safe crossing and romantic cute in the summer!
There's this guy who filled cracks in the sidewalk with colorful tiles, kind of like a mosaic. I think it looks really pretty, reminds me of kintsugi, maybe something like that would work for the hole in the flooring!
What a cool idea. I knew someone who crushed marbles and put that in the cracks of an old table top then covered the whole table top in a clear finish. It sparkled in the sunlight.
That's a beautiful idea! On a more pragmatic note, you can also find old narrow plank flooring at salvage yards. Alternatively, you can still pay extra to have someone cut you some specially sized pieces--or knowing Hannah, she might just do it herself sometime. Can't wait to see how beautiful that floor will look when she gets a wild hair about refinishing it. 🙂
I was also thinking you could use some of the current floorboards from under the shelving, as the ply board on the bottom would cover up any holes - and it would match perfectly of course! But the mismatched style could also be so unique and add an interesting playful touch. Can’t wait to see where Hannah takes it! 😊
Please wait to clean out your garden beds or brush until you have one week of 50 degree or higher temps. Lots of bugs are sheltering in the stems and leaves.
The room looks so cozy, quaint and just beautiful. Perfect for sewing and relaxing. You’re living my dream life ❤ even though I’m not “handy” lol, it’s so fun to watch you do all these projects. You make it all look easy!
1997, i was obsessed with the same type of sage green color that is now popular, again. I found some old chunky 70s type bedroom furniture and painted all the trim in the sage/rustic look [the style came back about 5 years ago 😂] and on all the interior flat pieces i decoupaged this cream fabric with danity white flowers and green leaves close to the same color. I had a headboard/ footboard, end tables, and long dresser. A had my great grandmotgers hope chest and long mirror i sanded all the paint/ stain off and just rubbed with breewax type. The look reminds me so much of this room, i am aching to have it back! 😂 A few years after i completed it, because it was just sitting in a "guest room", i gave it as a bedroom suit to a girl whose family lost their house in a fire. To this day i have to say, "you did a good thing. Remember it was a good thing. Don't regret it. Don't get frustrated" 😂😂 needless to say, i am chanting this while watching this video. I guess it may be time to repeat the project. 😂😂😂 oh! Obviously, i was rooting for you to pick the green! 😂 but beautiful job! ❤
I need to declutter my home and study, and yet, I'm watching Hannah do all the things I'd like to do. Why is watching her do things so satisfying!?! This channel is a treat to watch, Hannah!
I love your tenacity!! The bench and the beam are awesome. And the cushion, it's so good! I would recommend getting a small rug or bath mat to put under your sewing machine, it will help with the bouncing. Keep going girl!!! ❤
I put a piece of shelf liner that feels rubbery under my machine. It helped so much. I also put a piece under my foot pedal to keep it from sliding across the floor.
When your sewing machine makes that kind of noise, it’s time to see if your bobbin case area is full of fuzz. Check your manual on how to access but it looks like you need to remove the silver plate screws near the feed dogs. Also if you get a ‘walking foot’ for your machine you’ll be able to sew heavy fabrics etc. Built in looks great❤️✨
Have you looked into local aglae eating trapdoor snails? Also activated charcoal is a natural nontoxic way to reduce aglae in ponds and it won't hurt your fish it will make them healthier
You did an amazing job on that shelving! Just love it. I think you should paint the frame around the window if you haven't considered that already. I personally loved the green!!!
Everytime I miss sence of peace or am just having blank page in my brain or just distract myself having little snack or coffee I sit down look and my phone and I think hmm what would be nice peaceful things to do that could make my day ahead better to have my youtube open and seeing you uploaded new video as introvert into diy I feel like I come say hello to my good friend ..i thank you for uploading new video as I sit here with my ramen noodles pondering about life feeling happiest I ever been .. glad I been able to share my thoughts with you ❤😊
It made me giggle, and feel slightly jealous, when you talked about the snow or lack there of. I am a southern girl that moved to northern Sweden last summer. We got our first snow on October 17th and it stuck and has never gone away. It is currently pouring more snow and it most likely won't melt off until mid to late May. 😢
Hopefully the card board is going to be surrounded by a raised bed with soil. Just my 2 cents but I think if your going to just lay card board in a garden, no raised bed, you do it at the end of the season. That way it has time to decompose and add to your garden soil and keep the weeds down. However I could be wrong. I only use raised beds and I put the cardboard before the soil and actually do a layering system with twigs and leaves and cardboard at the bottom. Then soil over top. I hope your system works great for your needs. I liked the blue as well. It was calming.
Hannah I’m so inspired by your videos!! Can you please make one about all your electric tools? The first on your purchased… then what you used them for. I’m so interested to learn. Like what are the best first three to start with if you want to start building etc. Love your work. 🙏🏻😘🌹
I need to see the design process. It is amazing how you seem to just throw wood together and then it looks good. Like your cabinets in your dinning room. That method is something I think I have only ever seen once in passing with the plywood with scape spacers. You are fearless!
I think projects are more satisfying when they are harder. It just makes me feel better about myself. Every time you do something you learn something new.
I look forward to your beautiful videos every week. This is a classic Hannah video. It had a little bit of home improvement, a little bit of sewing, and a little bit trudging in the snow with occasional breaks for dancing and singing. Thumbs up for the camera positioning and then having to hike back and get the camera.
You did a great job! Love the colors and design choices. I enjoy sewing until it comes to re-threading. I think if I used my machines more often it probably wouldn’t be a whole thing. I have a 1960s Nelco and a 80s/90s Singer. Yesterday was 40s and sunny, Easter today we are having a breezy light blizzard. Batteries are so heavy.
Just a thought for your garden area that you want to kill weeds etc; put down a black tarp and weigh it down with your scrap boards. The heat kills the weeds etc. Remove when you're ready to add your compost/soil ammendments and plant...works great Hannah!😊
The thumbnail in purple dress was beautiful. From sewing, building shelves, changing car battery, to cooking, what can't/don't you do?! It's crazy how different the area looks with no snow vs snow! I think I like seeing the snow! Because where I live it never snows. You have created a very warm, charming, homestead.
I am soooo excited about the little gold hoops you are adding to the Lupin Lane collection!! Just this week I've been trying to find the perfect little pair! Always looking forward to your uploads, thank you for being a little slice of sunshine!
I am going to have the keys to my first home in a few months and I am so excited to begin the journey of making the same functional and stylized just how I’ve always wanted. I’d love if you considered offering some instructional content (paid or free) where you share/teach what you’ve learned. More specifically, as someone who’s self taught, I think you’d have good experience of the sorts of small details/considerations highly trained folks often overlook or think is general knowledge. An example of something I’d love to hear more about from your perspective is making these sorts of built in units. How did you teach yourself, what resources did you use, what mistakes did you make and learn from?
"She's crafty," Hannah's construction co could use a table saw. Also when you don't have another set of hands toenailing is okay. Take a screw and use 1/4-1/2" just the tip it's okay to make a whole caulk or wood putty fill in to keep your noggin from getting clocked." And small painters tip priming wood B4 u paint goes a long long way a lil Xtra time but a longer last on your finish is never a bad thing. Oh and don't forget to get a covering net for the pond to keep future fish safe from critters and birds of prey. Something that hooks down doesn't look as pretty but fishes will thank u and it's tedious but u take it off when your gonna be enjoying it. Also don't forget to put it on when your done cause well it's just like remembering to eat 💜 you'll thank yourself in the long run.🌀 Happy Easter ✨✨✨⭐ just friendly suggestions that have helped me passing then along🌀
Hey miss Hanna, you know you need to build a small but unique bridge across your little creek. Just make sure it’s wide enough for your tractor 4 to 5 feet wide with a couple of home grown 6in thick oak logs from your property !😉We did this and cleaned up our trail to 👍😊
Wow I love the office and needlework room. The blue paint is perfect❤❤ strongs for the cold weather. Here in south africa we are going into autumn now. So glad the summer heatwaves are over and no more 🦟🦟😂
After watching your video my horses have informed me they would also like a sewing room. They have so much leftover fabric. And yarn (they werent very good at knitting....no thumbs....they hired a monkey to help but he also wasn't very good at knitting but he played the violin superbly).
I feel like I live through you Hanna..I am watching your videos as I lay in my bed, feeling lazy AF,but somehow I feel inspire to make things with my own hands. 😊
Hannah I think your inner monologue is wonderful, you are an amazing person, and your choice in music ain't bad, your friends are blessed to receive such personal gifts, until next time 😉
You make everything look so easy! Whenever I try and do a project on my house it always ends up with everything going wrong, stress, swearing, sweating and wild Einstein hair - you however make it seem so effortless! All the while looking beautiful and relaxed whilst I need several days to recover and nurse my wounds!
I never doubted you for a second! That old bench was very nice but now it’s a beautiful, workable pace with a bunch of your favourite things and still a gorgeous window seat to boot. Glad ya made the fringe work. And your wipeout scared the bejebus out of me, almost fell out of my chair, haha! Best outro ever, hope it didn’t hurt too much. 🤣❤️
Hannah you are a beast, humble, hilarious and such an inspiration! Can’t wait for the release of your hit single ‘Sawdust in My Eye’ 😂! Thanks for bringing us along on your journey!
For another interesting spring project. You can rent a miniature excavator and dig out a section of that creek you were playing in around 24:30. Create a natural pond where the water flows without requiring pumps. If its a spring or rain fed creek with semi constant flow then it should be safe to swim and play in it when the weather is warmer.
I needed this today, we've had a temperature drop here too. I was just getting the yeahs! from the warmer weather. The beds are cleared ready to plant, I moved the house plants out then back in. But ready for it to warm back up to drop everything in. I love your energy and willingness to get it done. Inspired to push it after watching..great job
I wish I could speak a message to every point in your videos that I’m like- that’s a fantastic shot- that’s a great project idea, that’s a cute dance move, that’s a good technique. There is such a plethora of various goodness in your videos. Bravo and Chefs kiss.
I hope you had an amazing Easter, pond looks good so does your floor and yah even time I play your video it goes out live for its on my youtube account and I'm glad that you saved 3 mice that you found they will be happy with their new home I'm still coming to our selected meeting spot between the 12th to the 15th that gives me a Lil bit of time to take my time n if I would happen to breakdown ill surly tell u exactly where I'm at an painting the wall a light blue would be very cool but I'll leave that one up to u , and it's great seeing you doing sowing again, I know from your past videos it relaxes you and you are dang creative when it comes to creating new clothes
I think advantage of adhd is hyperfocus when it's something you are keen to do obtaining new skills like it's nothing but honestly I myself get huge energy crush after day or two of obsessing with some new project or hobby butter brings me joy and I sleep peaceful looking at what i been able to achive in such short time ... not trying to compare myself to her too much but looking from personal experience ..I'm still impressed every time i see her post ❤
I really like your intuitive interior design skills. You framed that reading nook out so wonderfully in your office. Keep doing your projects (of various kinds, as the tote bag was great too.) I will second the idea of a Hannah designed, and built, bridge over the creek. Maybe make it a portable bridge that can be moved to different parts of the creek as needed. (also stored in winter so it lasts longer.)
Hannah the one thing that would help you an you vehicles in Minnesota would be a garage for your trucks. Something to keep them out of the weather. It might offer your vehicles a longer life.
I love this! I'd cut a tiny window in the side of the shelf by your desk, so that you can see out the window from your computer! I've noticed you've boxed in your windows in multiple rooms with shelving, and it can create some dark corners! Imagine taking a jigsaw and cutting a little arched window in either side of the walls you built around the window, just above the level of your desk!
Great to see you having your own space. Happy to see the thrifting , cooking and your mom adventures. I am a grandmother who watches her grandson while her daughter is trying to get her master's degree. Awaiting your new vlog.😊
Hello Hannah, happy easter and springtime. It's so much fun to watch all your projects. Your new sewing room looks very inviting, and also this little bench between the window. Love from Italy. We have a lot of rain, still cold and snow in the swiss mountains. 🎉❤
Hannah are you going back to the flight school? 13.40 - Hand craft gifts have such a sentimental value, I think she'll love the bday gift. 17.45 - maybe turquoise blue paint would be even better. Love the vid, bench and everything came out better than expected🥂.
First of all " Happy Easter " Hannah, luv all your video's as per usual. Your little office is coming on beautiful, very nice. Your skills seem to have no bounderies, luv watching and all you do. Main thing is whatever your ideas, go for it. !! Thanks for letting us into part of your life, Enjoy !! ❤️🇬🇧
you can save all of your chopped brush for mulch coverings in your garden😊 chop and drop onto your soil and it will become soft and fertile underneath for planting
Love watching your vids every Sunday.....admire your 'intestinal fortitude'.....makes me wish for younger daze sometimes......SOMETIMES, ;) enjoy HLD.....
I enjoyed watching your videos for a while now. its been since COVID and i love your music and at times hectic style of building things you like. now I am living off - grid myself in Australian bush and I to this day continue to watch your videos. Go girl don't stop. Regarding your current shelving build i could may suggest adding LED strip lights under benches could ad something special. I work for lighting shop, therefore lighting is something i would always add to my projects.
Hannah you are absolutely awesome !!! You built shelves, a desk & a darling cozy comfy bench & a cushion from two pillows (the stuffing) & a blanket or bedspread under the window between the two sets of shelves !!! WOW 😲 !!! I wouldn't even know how to go about making something like that !!! Can't wait to see more. ❤️🙂 Hope you had a wonderful Happy Easter 🐰 !!! 🙂
"Hannah builds a bridge!" Your creek might be a project with your name on it. You're such an inspiration!!
❤❤❤
Yes!!! A bridge would be super cute!! And you will be safe. That’s a perk in itself don’t ya think? 😊
Brilliant!
Great idea, I think Rachel Metz can give her a few pointers 🥰
Next project 😊

Yep, A Fairy Bridge is in order! Show the Pixies how it is done!
Chillin in this comment thread so I can be alerted when this most needed event inevitably takes place!!

I love that… there’s a Japanese saying that goes with that. The cracks in a broken tea pot gets filled with “gold”
That's a beautiful idea! On a more pragmatic note, you can also find old narrow plank flooring at salvage yards. Sounds amazing ..Great idea I might think of trying something like it in future myself as well 😊
the way you build stuff makes me feel so validated in my creative process :') hahaha adhd girls rise up
same!! fellow adhd girl here
i love the way she goes at it with no rules and just does whatever feels right in the moment
Yeah, I recognise so much of myself in the way she build things. That's how I do it too. Sometimes I really think I'm looking at myself.
Woohooo🎉🎉🎉🎉😅😊
Please wait to clean out your garden beds or brush until you have one week of 50 degree or higher temps. Lots of bugs are sheltering in the stems and leaves.
I love learning stuff like this from the comments.
I was coming to say the same… 😢
Butterfly eggs on fallen leaves, don’t burn them.

I had no idea. Thanks for the tip
The room looks so cozy, quaint and just beautiful. Perfect for sewing and relaxing. You’re living my dream life ❤ even though I’m not “handy” lol, it’s so fun to watch you do all these projects. You make it all look easy!
When someone *knows* what they're doing, it looks easy.
I bet you’re handier than you think
@Officialhannahleedugganw faker
@Officialhannahleedugganw reported you. Go get a life you love living instead of trying to trick people.
People become handy by not being afraid to fail and try again.
Only Hannah would paint in a natural color gauze dress. You're amazing, woman! 🥰
22:52 Dude I’m honestly so impressed with how you are doing all this stuff this is amazing lol
And so far I don’t see any grandmas getting upset that she cut up a chenille blanket 😂
Great song.
23:45 Hannah you should definitely add some cute curtains on that beam!
I love the “Jim from the office” stare into the camera when you have some emotion that you want to share with us after something happens haha
When you finish the connections for your pond, take photos so you can have it for next year.😊
I can't adore enough that you were listening to the Pride and Prejudice soundtrack while starting out painting.
Princess drapes using the rest of the cushion fabric in the nook with a little lantern hanging in the center would be so adorable. 🥰

I love your tenacity!!

I didn't see your vision when you started redoing the office. But, wow! it looks amazing!

Love your work. 🙏🏻😘🌹
I love every time the wood pieces fall and you just look at the camera like you're in an episode of the office.
🥰SO HAPPY YOU MADE THAT BEAUTIFUL WINDOW BENCH! Such an Awesome Job on that Entire Wall!❄️🌼🌷
The BEST vlogs by Far are these! Home improvements by yourself!! 👌👌😁👍
The blue is a wonderful choice!
I'm so glad you put that window seat there. How fun!
Wow.. this place is so happily situated🩵

Loved the skirt. Really pretty. You are always so stylish and creative and talented. Is there nothing you cannot do?
Sewing room looks lovely...Are you going to build a long cutting table for your fabrics?
I love your videos and your “online” energy, thanks for sharing :)
I love your fairy tale cottage but this property is paradise. Thank you for sharing.
Such an awesome job, Hannah! I love your determination to get stuff done. Also, The Pride and Prejudice soundtrack got me excited 😊
The header was a great idea. It finished that off nicely. Great job on the seat cushion.
I am going to have the keys to my first home in a few months and I am so excited to begin the journey of making the same functional and stylized just how I’ve always wanted.

Always a new project😊looks great. Like a library and work/ office space. Very cute window seat😊.
Very pretty Hannah! I love the soft blue color you picked! Happy Easter, He is risen! Risen Indeed! Blessings and Peace ✝️❤️
Attach a set of sheer curtains behind the beam, tie backs on the sides, and you have the coziest reading nook. Love it as is too!
I love how you talk the wood what to do. That always works! Lol ❤ Another great job Hannah!

I'm envious that you still get snow up in Minnesota. I love the change of seasons but it seems like it barely snows anymore during the winter
I like the top color the lighter one and lights under each self will brighten it up too. Great job again! :)
You and Molly gotta do some more camping videos although I love your building videos ❤️ You girls
Wow I love the office and needlework room. The blue paint is perfect❤❤ strongs for the cold weather. Here in south africa we are going into autumn now. So glad the summer heatwaves are over and no more 🦟🦟😂
The blue is breezy and beautiful! I’m such a sucker for green but that blue looks fabulous! Happy Easter! He is risen!🙏🏻✝️🩵
This makes me excited for all the snow to melt so I can start messing around in my yard and garden, too! It won't be long.

Hanna. You’re so freakin AMAZING!! Never let anyone steal your joy on this page. You spread nothing but joy in the world. Thank you.
I love the blue. I didn't like it at first but it looks like natural sky light coming in. Perfect! You always amaze me luv!❤❤😊
It's impressive how knowledgeable you are about everything.
I think advantage of adhd is hyperfocus when it's something you are keen to do obtaining new skills like it's nothing but honestly I myself get huge energy crush after day or two of obsessing with some new project or hobby butter brings me joy and I sleep peaceful looking at what i been able to achive in such short time ... not trying to compare myself to her too much but looking from personal experience ..I'm still impressed every time i see her post ❤
the beam blocks lights ?? you are so good at what you are doing. congrats on new products
I love how she talks to her vehicles like they are people.
I really like your intuitive interior design skills. You framed that reading nook out so wonderfully in your office.
Keep doing your projects (of various kinds, as the tote bag was great too.)
I will second the idea of a Hannah designed, and built, bridge over the creek.
Amazing! I love the cabinets/desk/window bench you made. I think a good summer project is to build a bridge over your creek as well. :)
Great to see you having your own space. Happy to see the thrifting , cooking and your mom adventures. I am a grandmother who watches her grandson while her daughter is trying to get her master's degree. Awaiting your new vlog.😊
Tip...paint your mouldings before you hang them. Its so much easier to not have to be so careful not to get paint on the wall.
Oh Hannah what an amazing inspiration you are ❤❤❤❤
Aww I felt so sad when you fell . You take good care, because we all love you 😘 ❤🫶🏻
First of all " Happy Easter " Hannah, luv all your video's as per usual. Your little office is coming on beautiful, very nice. Your skills seem to have no bounderies, luv watching and all you do. Main thing is whatever your ideas, go for it. !! Thanks for letting us into part of your life, Enjoy !! ❤️🇬🇧
Wow I love watching you build and create. How do you know how to do all of this. Amazing!!!!
you can save all of your chopped brush for mulch coverings in your garden😊 chop and drop onto your soil and it will become soft and fertile underneath for planting
Love the blue!! Relaxing!!
Soft colored botanical style cotton print for a seat cushion. You need a bridge across your creek.
Love watching your vids every Sunday.....admire your 'intestinal fortitude'.....makes me wish for younger daze sometimes......SOMETIMES, ;) enjoy HLD.....
I sprinkled mint and clove oil around the perimeter of my house to keep mice out. Works like a charm.
The project turned out fabulous. I like the light blue I love your cushions. So organized and creative.😊
Very productive vlog. You are an incredible young lady ❤
