I just defended you on another channel. There are horrible mean people out there. I appreciate you continuing to make videos and inspire people to live compassionate and sustainable lives.
I'm on day 5. I'm type 2 diabetic and my sugars were off the wall now they are dropping. Love your videos. Thank you for sharing. I'm going to try your recipes :)
After you've cooked off the water, deglaze your pan with a touch of water! that brown stuff on the pan is gold, it will give you even more caramelization!
You’re right about not adding water to veggies. I never do . It’s key 😊 Been doing the eatyourveggies challenge and loving it . Lost 5lbs of my stubborn last pounds after plateauing for a year. Thanks 😊
When I am having a bad day and feeling depressed about my weight, I go to your videos to lift my spirits. You've really inspired me to live healthier and be happier. Thank you Hannah!
Thank you for making videos. I enjoy watching you live your best life. I’ve tried several of your recipes, and have loved every one. You’re a beautiful, intelligent and inspiring young women. Your mother should be proud.
Ever since finding your channel a few days ago, ive made it a point to eat half my plate of veggied and honestly i feel amazing. Also cutting out most meats and junk foods. Thank you!!!
I love you appear more relaxed and just in your own groove lately. You don’t seem to be as concerned with what is going on too much with the internet and other you tubers, you’re just being authentic and I am here for it. I left Veganism a long time ago but I have continued to watch your channel because I think you and Derek are the real deal. These videos are lovely to watch and I do honestly believe there will be babies one day ❤️
Your garden is so dreamy! If you ever felt comfortable with the idea, you’d do amazing at hosting one of those airbnb “experiences” where people could learn more about growing their own food.
I just started watching your channel as part of my 18lbs-so-far weight loss and what you’re putting out there is GREAT! I love your recipes because you show real prep/steps and explain lots about your ingredients and methods. I also love your gardening and sustainable living! Bravo and thank you!
I love this type of video! I eat more of your recipes than anyone else or from any other source. I really appreciate that they’re easy enough for me and not with a ton of ingredients and steps. I only have myself to cook for and I don’t really enjoy spending hours in the kitchen. You keep it simple. I just made your potato soup for the second time but now I want to do it again with less water. Love that stew-like texture. Thank you for all you do and all that goes into these videos and recipes.❤️
Thank you for another long video 😊✌🏻, I really like and appreciate the mini tours of your garden, new house etc. It’s really cool what you are creating for yourselves 💚
Yes love this video Hannah! What you said at the end is key for me too- having some elements already prepped is what makes eating healthy so much easier! It’s so bad if I’m hungry and there’s nothing good ready. 🙏🏻💕
Try eating some of your squash blossoms this summer. Make a flax egg. Stuff the flowers after soaking them in water (to remove bugs). Use leftovers for the stuffing. Make some flour mixed with spices. Dip your flours in flax egg, dip in your flour and then use your panini maker to cook. YOU WILL LOVE THEM. You can leave tiny baby zucchini on the flowers.
I can't wait to try the dressing recipe! My grandma had a mulberry tree when I was growing up and it was enormous. Mulberries make me think of her and her amazing gardens. Thanks for sharing!
This is SO helpful Hannah! I actually had messaged you on Instagram earlier this week asking for a video exactly like this. Such a great follow up to your previous video about eating half a plate of veggies. Thank you!
You're one of my favourite youtubers, and you're the first person I've come across whose health tips really work for me and my body. Just want to send you some love, and appreciation! I watch all your videos!
Love this video, Hannah! Love seeing all the garden veggies you’re growing and everything you prepped to eat looked so yummy. You’re really helping people to fall in love with vegetables and plants in general. Those fajita tacos looked bomb! And the kale chips too. Can’t wait to try your ranch dressing. So so happy for you and Derek! Everything’s coming to fruition. Your house is looking awesome! And you guys manifested all of it!! You’re gonna get pregnant and that babe is gonna be the luckiest child to have you two as parents! I envision you with at least 2 children. Just keep meditating and visualizing and all will manifest like you’ve dreamed! We’re all behind you on this! Love you two! Thanks for all you do for us! 🥰
Hannah, your intuitive, creative recipes are just Amazing! I don’t think I could get through this diet without watching your creative ways of cooking. I’m down 10 lbs in 5 weeks and feel so so much healthier. I have my husband eating these meals as well and not too many complaints for steak lately. 😬 Baby steps for him, but really... I do appreciate you and your videos. Keep up the good work! God Bless!
THANK YOU for the tip about putting the lid on the pan for the first few minutes! So helpful!!! I don’t meal prep really either, but I do batch cook larger quantities of components as needed (rice, beans, potatoes) and when I make a meal, I always aim to have leftovers. 🌿
Just started watching your videos after watching plantiful Kiki and losing 13 pounds after struggling at menopause. I've always loved vegetables and said I could eat like this all the time and now I have been. Thank you!!
I appreciate the recipes videos that include instant pot recipes. I purchased an I.P. several years ago when you posted the red lentil chili recipe because my Lacreuset and stove top did the recipe no justice. Love the peaceful vibes of your videos! Trying the potatoe stew tonight👍
I eat the kale stems with the kale. I’m a vegan powerlifter/bodybuilder so I’ll take as many things to fill me up as possible while hitting the macros😅
I have been on again, off again, plant based, for the most part, and I know I would definitely benefit from doing better. You have so many great tips, thank you for that.
Perfect Kale recipe! When dehydrating and wanting to keep the nutrients living, try to keep the temperature under 115 degrees. Can't wait to try that dressing!
Hi! Your awesome Every personal subject you have touched on in a few weeks of watching your channel is something relatable . The big one for me is infertility . I have a lot to say but not comfortable spilling to everyone because exactly what you have said before .. the judgement of people who don’t get it .. I have severe grade endometriosis and have had 8 miscarriages including 4 ectopic pregnancies I ended up adopting two beautiful boys (coolest kids in the world) ... Crazy part is their 6 weeks apart! Anyways your helping me so I hope you will take my offer and help you guys ... if nothing else just to give experience from trying to conceive to foster care , adoption, in vitro and private adoption. I am into apothecary and foraging and hoping to relate .. omg this is so groupie like lol but I really appreciate your videos and want to give anything back I can
I’m a newbie:). I lost 6 lbs in my first week of going vegan. Your videos have really inspired me. I have so much more energy even after the first week! I would love to see a video about vegan must have staples in your pantry/kitchen. It would be really helpful to know what items we should always keep on hand for your recipes. Keep the videos coming. They have helped me so much! Thank you!
Right now, I'm eating the potatoes. Followed your recipe exactly. I'm impressed, how flavorful it turned out. No oil, no butter & no broth. I'm not completely vegan or plant based yet. When ever I can, I try a new recipe that is... Following your channel, has educated me and helped me in my journey and transition to a better me. A plant based me.
Have been vegan for a little over a month now and I no longer feel lethargic and have noticed I am also losing weight. Started this new lifestyle for health reasons and I am realizing that there's so many health benefits. Thank you for sharing your recipes, it's very helpful especially when you're transitioning to a different type of lifestyle.
I love to make taquitos when I make a batch of refried beans. I will refrigerate them over night so they're thick, then spread them on corn tortillas with salsa and onion, and roll them up. Air fry for 10 mins. It's the best thing ever.
Loving these videos of what you are eating. They are always simple and absolutely delicious. Plus it helps getting ideas of meals to make. My husband, daughter and I just recently went plant based and are feeling soooo much better. ❤😊🙏🏼
Corn usually need about 3 rows to pollinate each other to grow the corn. It's always best to plant a lot of it! You've got a lot of plants growing. Very nice job!
I have always loved the simplicity of your meals. I rarely buy cookbooks, but I bought your IP book many years ago and love all the recipes. Using simple and nutritious ingredients like you do is the key to WFPB eating for me. Thanks for sharing your gifts!
Love this video! I've tried meal prepping for a week, but by the 3rd day I am completely burnt out with my meals. So now I usually prep for around 3 or 4 days. And I'm the same with sushi! It's my fave and I will never get tired of it! Thank you for another great video!
Those veggies looked so good when you stir fried them with no oil! I'm going to try that out. Honestly, your food and your recipe book helped me so much. I just FEEL good - it's not even just about the pounds Ive lost. Now I'm killing the #eatyourveg challenge!
Hannah, I literally found your channel a week or two ago and I have been binging your videos! They are wonderful!! I’m so glad I found your channel!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!
I know you love SUSHI! So do I.. the best dipping sauce ever is soy sauce or coconut aminos mixed with equal amount of fresh lemon juice. It makes such a difference!
Hi I have been looking through your kind of videos for years and I like some but not one I go to, so think I finally found my person... You!! I love the recipes and your choice of music, your calm presence and you being yourself so thank you for all of your advice and sharing 😊 I'm Gunna stick around
Love your videos. I've had a lot of health issues and my weight fluctuates a lot. I am trying to be nicer to my body and mind. Your food videos give me a lot of inspiration. Thank you for sharing.
Mannnnn I'm so glad you got mulberries PERIOD..I grew with one in my neighbor s backyard which we has open access to on the daily here in my East Texas rural neighborhood..your veggies look so good n keep putting out videos n enjoy your LIFE.
I've been in a bit of a rut with eating lately and your #eatyourveggies challenge is pulling me out! Just had steamed veg before my oatmeal w/berries and I feel fantastic! Thanks for doing what you do!
Girl yes to sweet potatoes being like pancakes! I cut them into strips and bake them with cinnamon. I dip them in syrup and it seriously tastes like French toast sticks. 100%!
Been mostly plant based, since I came across your video 3 years ago! (I eat seafood only on holidays since I live on the gulf coast so whatever my family or local fishermen catch we enjoy) Thank you for your dedication and passion. I love sharing your site with friends and family.
Oh and I've been meaning to ask you, where do you buy your hemp seeds? It's really expensive but I'm sure some places are cheaper than the ones I find. Thank you and many blessings!!
I love your ranch so much! So amazing that you can grow so many beautiful foods and the weather 😍 working towards having a homestead of my own but living in the uk it's more difficult to grow certain types of fruits and veggies 😩 never tire of your videos...thank you 🖤
Hannah thank you so much for this. I started the half plate veggies plan last Thursday and I'm so sick of my cooking 🙈 I'm off shopping tomorrow, can't wait for fajitas 😋
thanks so much Hannah for this video with whats going on in this world its nice to know theres good people that care about each other & your one of them,....love your trees & garden
Love your style! I feel like I’ve been stuck in such a rut as far as cooking goes, and I’m so excited to shake things up a bit and try some of your recipes. And I definitely need a food dehydrator now 😍 Thanks for the great content!
Loved the video. Thanks so much. I'm with you on not wanting to do a meal prep for the whole week. Will try these recipes. Hugs! 💖 Thanks for your generosity!
First of all it’s been a while since I’ve watched a HCH video so it was refreshing to see this one! I can’t wait to try all these recipes because I have a dehydrator and never figured out how to make kale chips! 🥴🤭 I love zucchini, and I have like five of them in my fridge, so I’m gonna make that zucchini ranch, and then I can’t wait to try the Fajita veggies. I eat bell pepper and onions (like every day) so I can’t wait to try this new recipe.. I really appreciate you Hannah, you’re the best ❤️
Always love your food hauls!! All of your videos are amazing to me💛☺ Started watching your vids in 2018 and since I didn't know much about you I went back to your first vid and watched them all. Now I can't miss a single one!
Dear Hannah, Thank you for sharing so much of your life .. I've tried some recipes and they've motivated me to start up losing weight again because I too have gained and want to fit into my clothes again! The yellow flowers of the zucchini plants are flowers that my mom would always cook up for us! We come from Italy and it's known there.
I love your videos and recipe ideas! I’m mostly raw vegan, but if I want to eat cooked food I would definitely eat these recipes because it’s basically the same stuff I consume but only cooked.
It's Hannah day at my house. I started with your IP oats with a banana in it & berries at the end. Exquisite breakfast, thanks. The pressure never gained full strength in my IP either. Somewhere in the owner's manual there's a warning that oats tend to gum up the valve mechanism, & that might be the root of the problem. Oats are about the only thing I usually cook on the stovetop. Lunch was your cauliflower Mashed Potatoes, which were delicious. You call for just the right amount of lemon juice to give it a bite without its tasting lemony. I ate all that in one ecstatic sitting. I'm not wild about cruciform veggies, but Dr Greger tells me I need a serving every day, so I'm delighted to find a good way to make them. Important note about beans in the IP. The Multigrain program on high includes a presoak as well as a cooking phase. I'm exploring minimalist cooking, so I rinse three cups of pinto beans (or others), throw them in the pot, add six cups of water, push the Multigrain button, and come back two hours later. I add NOTHING to the beans in the kitchen because I want to cook as simply as possible. I read that you use less salt if you add it at table rather than in the kitchen. So I fill my bowl with perfectly fine beans - I get much more consistent results than when I used to cook beans stovetop - & salt them & add lots of Sriracha as I eat. But anyway I wanted to tell you about how easy the Multigrain setting is. It's also briefly documented in the owner's manual. Thanks for all the wonderful things you do and for sharing them with us. It's great to explore the trail you've bravely blazed.
Saw your last video and I’ve been eating half a plate of greens paired with potatoes or rice or a plant based meal. I feel so satisfied every meal!!! Going to make these meals too!🌞💫✨🐞🐛
Love this type of video! I love watching how you cook your veggies bc I'm one of those people that really struggles to eat them or make them taste good. Thank you Hannah love your channel!
So jealous of your beautiful thriving garden and fruit trees. I make often your broccoli potato soup and think of you. :) Thanks for the great videos and giving us the recipes. Looking forward to try the zucchini ranch tomorrow.
Love this! I’m always so inspired to eat healthy when watching your vids, then you’re gone for a few weeks and I fall off the wagon. Not trying to pressure you to produce more of these vids, just saying...😂❤️

So envious of the mulberry tree. These used to grow wildly all over where I grew up so somewhat nostalgic to watch this.
they are super easy to grow! plant some :)
Hi Tin man!! I saw your video on retin -a , I use it too!! Woot woot
I discovered one in my backyard last year. It was nostalgic for me too bc growing up my friend had one in her yard and we would eat them daily
My grandma had a huge one outside her kitchen window. It makes me think of her every time I see one 🥰
We had in Italy! I miss it ... wonderful to see it here
Lately, I've been saving my kale stems and putting them in a jar of veg scraps in the freezer and then making veggie broth with them. :)
great idea!! :) No waste :)
Love your great idea 👍
Dont ut it down
Green is such a beautiful colour, and when it rains looking at the rain drops glistening on the tips of the leaves is magical

Brilliant to have the beans and veg pre-made for fajitas! Love it - thanks.
I have lots of washing machine fruit trees. I use the ceramic disc balls instead of detergent.
I really love your garden and fruit trees💕
I love your videos and recipe ideas! I’m mostly raw vegan, but if I want to eat cooked food I would definitely eat these recipes because it’s basically the same stuff I consume but only cooked.
Your videos are comforting. Thank you, Hannah.
thanks for the recipes and ideas! These videos are so helpful for staying on track!!
Great tip on the Multigrain setting. Thx.
Full garden tour please ☺️ your garden looks great
