- one day I was trying to lower the rear seat (3rd row) so I could carry a larger item home. unfortunately, the seat was stuck in the upright position.
the rear seat on my 2012 Kia Sedona was so much easier to fix than I imagined. I save so much money over the dealer repair estimate to replace the rear seat!

I also have a 2012 Kia Sedona. My middle seat behind the driver seat will not tumble forward. Any ideas how to fix this? The back of the seat will fold down but it will not tumble up the rest of the way.
I had the same problem, I put the WD40 on the bottom rail, sit for a while and it should work.
There is a cable that has stretch under the back of the seat you need to adjust the cable by the linkage there then it will fold up when you want to remove it
