Trying to associate any nonsense with honor, military, etc. is wrong. This “king” should protect himself if he really wants to do things that lead to him needing protection. This cadaveric obedience is a disease. The military parrots it and then soldiers have to parrot it. It's not an "honor" or anything like that. Agreed, but this kind of behavior is still not illegal, not even in the UK. Freedom of speech is guaranteed in the UK, as well as in most civilized nations. And being annoyed by someone’s actions isn’t grounds to tell them to leave or be quiet. Neither the police nor the military have the authority to tell these girls to stop. They were behind the barriers and they were not physically interfering with the guards duties (which is basically just a show for the tourists). You can condemn the actions of the girls, but you cannot punish them for their actions. And again, I think their behavior was in very poor taste and does not reflect well on other Americans. But neither does supporting those that deny someone of their rights.
