    after 4 years, still your videos are my favorite workouts. when I feel my main workout isn't enough or I don't have time I do your quick workout and it's still hard to do 😁, please make more training videos

    AMAZING!!! Do a 6 min arm workout!!! and with that we have a full body session with just your 6 min. workouts!!!! That would be amazing!!! You are so inspiring! KEEP AT IT! :D

So inspirational and kind❤️ I’ve decided to do your stretch routine from one of your videos to see if I can do a split and after only two days I feel more flexible, can’t wait to see my progress after a month!

    I love to combine your 6 min upper body, abs and this - for a full body session.
