This channel is helping me so much with chronic imbalances and old injuries. I work full time on my landscaping business, and have very little time to fit in body work but these videos have made it possible to fit in a mobility workout after my morning workout and the difference is massive... Wishing you every success with the channel!
I can recommend doing her shorter mobility workouts as a warm up for your real workout, it works wonders!

Good question actually! I create tension throughout the body to keep up a good posture. Helps with focusing on the movement too IMO :) I learned this from beardthebestyoucanbe 👏🏼
