Man! This was Squat Day 🥵 But I did it. Took a pause or two, but I stayed till the end. Girl you tricked people to come here by saying no jumping and made them do squats for 25 mins😂. Awesome 😅❤

I’m so thrilled with this all standing routine! It works well with my tweaked back (I tweek it a lot … maybe it never heals) Either all on the mat or all standing work best for my back at the moment (rather than up, down, up, down) so this was an excellent workout for me! Thanks Anna. I’ve enjoyed these two weeks of 20-25 minute routines! ❤❤❤
I notice that since i'm doing these exersizes i'm noticing the effect throughout the day. During the day i've become better able to jump down to pick something up from the floor or carry heavy objects. 💪💪💪💪💪

Insane!!! I loved it! Any advise on controlling my breath? Wanted to apply diafragma breathing but just could not split my brain to do both. I am learning to control my breath during exercise, it’s out of control these days.
I am one day behind on the challenge, but that doesn’t matter. This one was amazing! Even though there’s no jumping in this workout, I am sweating like crazy! Almost the end of the challenge, yay!!

Anna I like that you didn't try to deceive us with no repeats because I had to squat multiple times. But all the exercises were 40 sec long instead of the last half being 30 sec long 'cause I'm sore after the first half and this is one of the back to basics exercises. The pop music is great though especially the EDM Dreams in colour. It makes me focus on the exercises because there are no distracting lyrics
Great workout! And I got a great sweat going! One observation. This says full body workout. This is all legs all day long. Got to get some upper body and abs in there too 😊

Anna please help , I really want to do my first pull up , I have tried resistance band for soo long but still not able to do single pull up without support, right now I am following this playlist which helped me a lot , it made me do single leg squat which I wasn't able to do before ❤, can you pleaseeee guide me more which playlist of yours should I follow next to aim pull up
Uff pre-period struggle 😅 wanted to move today, but man I have 0 energy. Still went through it, but sadly skipped some exercises because I couldn't get myself to muster the energy up 😕 hopefully tomorrow I can push like normal days, for now I will do a good stretching routine in the late afternoon 💪 Thanks Anna for your hard work! 🎉

The only thing to be cautious about is that it's quite heavy on the knees

This was a VERY quad/squat focused workout, in my opinion.
