      This a Stupid Women, Milk can not be Satvick. Anyone who is a grown up adult should not consume Milk. Milk should be consumed by only children when they are growing up. Onve you are adult you don't need to drink Milk. If you drink Milk it is going to be converted in to Glucose ( Sugar) and will lead to Diabetes. I have seen this in Phalvans ( India Westliers ) who drink 4 to 5 liter Milk for their entire life and die do to Inflammation and Sugar related issues.

    Dairy products are known to cause acne and causes allergic reactions in so many people.. This makes me wonder on how milk can be sattvik food?

    With food we can not be selective saying it's vegetarian or non vegetarian ! I can challenge anyone out there who says desi cow ghee and cows milk are vegetarian ! Let's have a debate on this and I am ready to come anywhere anytime to have this debate !

    I do not understand how the dairy products can be saatvik? When we know that it's forcibly taken from the mother cows which actually is meant for the calf's !

    Satvik diet:-
    Don’t:
    Chicken/meat/fish/eggs
    Too much spices/salt and chilli
    Heavy food that makes you dull,lazy and lethargic.
    Do:
    Milk and milk products
    Fresh veg/fruits
    Sprouts/all pulses
    Wheat/rice/unpolished rice/ bajra
    Jaggery/honey
    Ginger
    Note: onion and garlic comes under Rajasik food, but contains medicinal properties, so could be used in less quantity.
