Jack Gleeson (who plays Joffrey) said that this episode was his favourite because he didn't have to act. He just had to lay there as he is supposed to be dead.
That sounds like something he’d say 🤣
Tywin wasn't manipulating Tommen,he was educating his grandson becuse he became King at the age of like 13,and Tywin eplained to him what to do in order to be good king, becuse hes just too young and too uninformed to have any idea about anything...its how it always was...
That's true. And he was also manipulating Tommen.
@@Br0nto5aurus i mean if its for his own good,i would call it good compromise :D
If you're looking for an indication on how you should feel about Jamie after the scene where he assaults Cersei, the showrunners meant to convey a consensual sexual encounter and they actually thought they did so successfully. So while it absolutely is messed up, 1) the character would never assault someone in the book or the show 2) the source material had it consensual, and 3) that was the creators' intentions so I think most everyone just ignores what actually happened and pretends it was properly portrayed as consensual
Stop repeating this tired nonsense. The scene was cut down to what we saw for shock value.
Tyrion was taken into custody to be brought before the King...
Showwriters did jamie dirty in this episode. In the books it is cersei who eggs on jamie in that joffrey funeral thing scene.
And apparently they didn't intend for it to seem rapey at all. I guess they never watched it after they filmed it.
@@kenj0418 Someone should have shown them the Spinal Tap 'Sniff the Glove' scenes as an after-school special before they put this episode in the can.
@@kenj0418 They knew exactly what they were doing. Actors said what was shot was more complex but editing doesn't happen by chance or mistake. The scene was edited down for shock value.
Jamie is still the same person, the scene just shows his dysfunctional relationship with his sister.
Categorical means unambiguously explicit and direct. so yes, that is a no.
Asking questions is how teaching is done to this day in medical schools and law schools. Tywin was using the Socratic method.
21:50 - Wildlings wilding out.
"This is the worst thing Littlefinger has ever done!" 💚
"And she'll do it again!!!!!!!"
Mother of Dragons and Breaker of Chains!
The hardest two titles!
Love my Khalessi 🖤❤️🔥🩸
Keep up the epic work 🤩
26:31 someone in this instant is the unfortunate pause that birthed 1000 memes

I've always been annoyed they cut away from Tywin explaining the birds and the bees to Tommen
Buenas Tardes Amiga, I can't differentiate them much since I saw the first 6 seasons that had come out in a few weeks, what I do know is that all 6 seemed extraordinary to me but the last two episodes of that sixth season... there is nothing on TV like it
Season 4 is my fave .. the whole season rocks
Marriage for love is a modern concept. Like within the last 100 years.
Marriages especially among nobles were for alliances. Even Cat told Robb that she didn't marry Ned for love. She did her duty. Robb married for love and it got him killed.
not in the books though...
@@malyvo0the show isn't the books.
@@WLDB Duh. Rather tell me something I don't know.
@@malyvo0but you know everything already!? You are a book reader! 😂

Probably Dany's most impressive quality is that she has a command over propaganda. Yes, she's doing genuine good. But over the first three seasons she's built an incredible facility to shape her own image and project/communicate that with the audience she needs to reach.
At this point in the series, her only real equal is Tywin Lannister. Of course, he started from a FAR better position and has DECADES more experience, but Dany learns so damn fast. And she has dragons.
Finalement! Finally recovered from the pain of Joffrey's death
It always takes a while.
Your reactions are always thoughtful, and well considered. It's impossible not to like Danery's, what a great storyline for this character. I have been waiting patiently for this reaction. Please do the next episode soon. Love your reactions.
It's lion love. People just don't have a clue.
Besides, we need a new spare ASAP.
