I chose B . I thought it's warmer tone so it might be iPhone. And i was biased towards iPhone because I heard so much that iPhone is videography king in smartphones. And I was completely wrong. Good job Samsung.
As a Samsung user, I was able to right away tell which was Samsung and the iPhone. I know the color science in videos for both iPhone and Samsung which made it very easy for me to tell which is which. I also looked closely to fine details in both cameras to identify which one was the Samsung/iPhone. Sharpness levels also were very obvious. Samsung visually looks more sharp but iPhone's overall quality as we know is superior. This video unfortunately showed Apple particularly with the 16's did not do a good job with their color science this year while Samsung has consistently gotten it right and been more predictable with it's results.
Yes for sure, multiple mistakes in focusing but in all other areas it is way better: color look, colours more realistic, way nicer and deeper, better dynamic and so on. Absolutely greatstep forward in vids, absolutely great job Samsung👍👌🙌
Yes! This was one of your best versus matchups. Please do a natural cinematic test using the telephoto lenses of phones with larger sensors like the Vivo x100 Ultra and Xiaomi 14 Ultra. That way we can see the quality of the lens depth without the software mishaps.
OMG! I was watching this on my S24 Ultra, and like everyone says, yeah, I totally agreed that iPhones have the best videos. Okay, gotta finish watching this... 🎉🎉🎉 Great job, Samsung. Keep it up! #makeusproud.
Apple LOG: “hold my beer” No but seriously though. This video just showed so many reasons why iPhone is still better overall. Starting to wonder about your bias a little hmmmm… (I know this video is about the cinematic mode specifically but there aren’t many serious videographers that will use cinematic mode over just regular video or LOG video)
You should mention the fact that after shooting the "cinematic" video on the iPhone it's a very big fight trying to transfer it to your computer. After struggling to transfer the video file to my Windows PC (which btw doesn't let you transfer anything above 4GB), the cinematic effect was missing completely. The video quality is great but the inconvenience from not having a Mac or Macbook is just way too much. Never had any issues with an Android phone
Is it just me or did the Samsung nail it. Camera B was my choice and the colors just pop way more for me. I actually honestly wasn't expecting that, lol.

So Samsung has better color and exposure but iphone has better edge detection and a nicer looking bokeh effect. But being able to edit the amount and focus of the bokeh is a game changer.
You all keep saying you thought B was iPhone due to the colors, but you clearly weren’t paying attention to the focus and stability. iPhone still clears Samsung in that regard, the stability is insane.
Great video intro , but Please never use iphone at night near light. The light flairs ruined the end of the intro. With samsung video, you need to use lock focus on samsung in portrait. I noticed it while taking portrait from far object . When lock focus it works great
I'm sorry but it seems that you don't lock the AF during the videos.... This blurring and correcting after, is a failure of wrong adjustment, iPhones go automatically in a pro mode, but on Samsung Ultra devices you can adjust it on your own for a many different scenes and backgrounds..... I think you better try this first. 👍
If you’re the type who loves messing with your phone-changing settings, customizing every detail, and tweaking features-go for Samsung. It’s made for nerds who want total control. Now, if you’re from South India (judging by your name), want to show off, or hate the “Apple tax” on everything, Samsung’s deals give way better value. But you mentioned the 15 Pro, not the Max. Remember, the S24 Ultra is massive, while the 15 Pro is compact but has trash battery life (my sister’s barely lasted 3 hours during a photo session). It also heats up like crazy. If you’re after battery life, skip the 15 Pro and maybe consider the Pro Max (if you’re okay paying extra). So, if you’re a nerd-Samsung. If you want compact-get an iPhone but maybe not the 15 Pro.
