It is natural.
Buy turmeric oil from your local ayurvedic stores. It's easily available, before bathing you can apply it wherever you want, except head,eyebrows and eye lashes. It works slowly but it works well. On top of that use kasturi manjal(turmeric) face pack daily hairs will come out. Do the face pack regularly you won't even get acne. Also mud pack after the turmeric pack. About the turmeric oil apply try applying it always before you go to Bath and you wouldn't even require the chemical lotions that causes cancer.

I was wondering about modifications. I am unable to bend over and touch the ground or reach my ankles when lying on my stomach. Can these poses be modified for those of us who lack flexibility at this time? If so, what are your recommendations?
Namaste. Gaylaji, normally. as a beginner it is always tough to perfectly finish the asana. The key to this. is consistently doing it, without taxing your body and eventually it will open and help be more. flexible.
