Thanks for this - really useful! Looks like mine is missing a spring which explains no starting. Will look into it. How do you get the pump out of the engine? Undone 3 bolt but it only comes out 1/4 inch. Advice welcome. Great work.

It has to be synced with THE throttle often. Whats ur engine? I have an hatz e79. Msg me of u need help, orkar documents in case of the same engine

I have the lda100 from lombardini, i removed the oil-pan of the engine, from there i could see that the gasvalve was stock to the extreme, i pushed it back with a lever ( a big screwdriver),and soft taps with a hammer to the side of the screwdriver and so i could remove the pump
