I got tested once at midday and smoked the night before, the line barely appeared - it was hardly visable to the cop until they other cop said any slight reading is a fail. If it shows up, it's in you're system and active. Urine test will show you smoked it, but oral swab will show it's still active. Even if you're not nice and stoned. I've also passed tests after smoking the day or 2 before. Some hygene and decent diet helps. If you're overweight and unhygenic it's going to be harder to pass these tests. This girl in the video smoked bongs for breakfast, no way she got a reading that strong from smoking some days ago. If 14 hours had past it would be a thin line.

The entire process is flawed. You are not being charged for driving under the influence your charged for having metabolites in your system. Half these people could have smoked marijuana or did some E a month ago amd test positive while perfectly safe to drive. Needs to be a sobriety tests and only those who fail then tested for drugs. The current system is not about drug driving at all.

Because we cant just have no testing and let people drive around on what ever they like with no consequence.
