In Australia, It's illegal in most if not all states to have exposed pointed parts on a wing, can cause serious damage if it got hit buy it. Unless you drive a race car, most times race cars are for track and not road legal anyway there is no reason to have such a exposed stupid wing.

Give him a warning? Everyone with a licence knows the rules. He either couldn't be bothered learning them or knew it wasn't road worth and drove it anyway. They pick more on younger guys because we are well over represented in road incidents and put others at risk far more then anyone else

@@mfitz1991 i mean its sort of true. like who does stupid shit like painting his license plate. He should have just gotten a new plate.... I blame Australia ultimately. They should just introduce a 1-2 yearly vehicle inspection like in europe (and i dont mean the nsw easy to pass roadworthy, i mean a proper inspection). and then these cars all would get pulled off the road. thats the price you pay to drive as fast as you want.

But i mean..... this is an adult supervising a learner who should not be learning to drive in a performance sedan to start with. No L plates (I think P plates are a retarded concept. You are either a qualified driver or you are not) which is a huge problem and the supervisor should have at least been aware of that. and what the hell is going on with that license plate? It is a obviously non road legal car and she tries to teach someone how to drive. Tbh imho they should just get rid of supervised L cars - they should all go to driving school rather than pick up bad habits from mum and dad.

People can complain about the so called "revenue raising" all they want but at the end of the day we all know the rules and have the responsibility to follow them. You can't get fined if you do the right things. The streets aren't a private race track. I'm in my mid 20's and drive an ssv and yet I have never been pulled over or fined. i've watched a fair few videos of people being fatally hit by cars and if they are hit at high speed the body is either knocked to the side and outwards, or sometimes into the windshield and off to the side or under the car. I never once seen someone go over the entire length of the car and be "chopped up" by the rear spoiler, it's complete nonsense to fine someone for that being a danger. Even if in the 1:1000 000 chance that ever happened, a person being hit at the speed required to knock them over the complete length of a car would have been instantly killed when they were hit by the front of the car away.

Im pretty sure that wing is actually legal in NSW. I remember reading something somewhere you can have a wing/spoiler if it doesn't extend pass the shape of the sides of the car, so basically it has to be shorter than the width of the car. So that if your driving past someone and you barely miss them with the side of your car they dont get hooked on the wing.

Australia has a 0 tolerance for drug tests (which isn't right), so the drug test may have a very high cutoff as a roadside test to not incriminate someone who kissed someone with a bit of LSD on their lips lol.
