Hi Eric, I’ve done this same repair before by wiggling the washer and dryer out 4 feet from the wall and then leaning the stacked washer and dryer against the wall to expose the open bottom panel to give me room to replace the pump. Just make sure the washer/dryer is supported before going underneath 👍
So you said this can all be done from that front panel? I have a stacked washer/dryer in a tight spot so I can't easily get to the back panel.

I checked the pump by hooking electric to and pump runs but it still doesn't work when I put it back together
I bet the impeller is loose on the shaft.
