I watched this video until the end for curiosity since he was doing a self test on the front loader, and I will tell you it was a very good video, no BS loud music people blend in their videos, good instructions step by step, to the point and effective in delivering the message, I felt I did not waste my time.

Excellent, clear, step-by-step video I'm so happy I found BEFORE I start taking my machine apart. In spin mode, my Lg inverter direct drive front end loader sounds like a wicked, noisy 747 with a slight clunking sound. Thought perhaps my kid or husband left bearings in their coat pockets and they launched in the machine's tumbler! Nope. I have removed the upper lid and motor panels, checked all tubing and the hydraulic arms attached to the tumbler for any obvious, visible issues. None. I will try a machine self test tomorrow....will see if the Lg washer is able to dx its own problem while in spin mode. Holy spin cycle speeds too! Thanks so much for this video and such a relief to not have someone "umming" and "ahhing" thru it all with unnecessary prose! Well done!

But wish to know if the drum rpm is rotating as per the specifications.
In the display, there should have been 2 readings as specification vs actuals, this could tell us if the drum is stuck with scales and needs cleaning.

This was helpful. Well done. I have a 2008 LG washer with a different display screen. However the 11 part diagnostic test is identical. I quickly determined that the prewash and main wash inlet valve test failed and resolved the problem. This diagnostic test is not in the LG ownwers manual.

Please tell me, my grandmother washes the jacket, what program should I press the jacket, if there is no program for bulky things?

Hello Eugene. I have a WM8100H*A LG. Ran the diag test and everything worked fine. Loaded clothes in it and it won’t fill. It’s been acting odd for the last few loads (not filling) when you hit start. It would work if you cycled the power button a few times but now it won’t even do that. I’ve checked the incoming pressure and filters and they were good to go. Less then 9 months old and I’m at a loss. I’m thinking inlet valve but why would it fill in test mode and not the wash cycle?! Neither hot or cold works. Thanks for the great video!!

Replaced drain pump after diagnostics step and blew out lines and got air through to bubble water in tub. Never get anything out the drain hose. Have to pull filter. Still will not drain so it won’t finish a cycle stuck at 12 min. Where should I look next?

My washer is giving an unbalanced load error. I've emptied it, and then put only towels in, but I still get it. Also, I unplugged/plugged it in. No luck. Thoughts?

Need a washer. Last one lasted 25 years. In an apt for single person but want to be able to wash blankets. Never had front loader. Is it better than top load? Recommendation please. Thanks.

Hello. in the case of LG washing machine [model: F1K2CS2W], it would not start and had blown the fuse from the central electrical panel. when i disconnected the lg reaktor (5874ec2002c) the fuse did not blow. is this the problem? how can i measure it to be sure that is where the problem is. Thanks....
