    wow, after a four year stint of chair yoga I finally made it back onto the floor and up again, amazing! Thank you so much, beautiful practice!

      Wonderful! This is such great news! I'm so very honoured to be part of this healing journey with you! Remember to take each day as it comes and honor what your body is telling you. So...if you were off the chair today - it's okay to be back on the chair tomorrow...and if your body says, I need a break- take a break!
