You need to set you up a trail cam right there so you can find out what kind of critter is trying to get in there then deal with it from there.

I always use railroad ties along the bottom of my fences to keep things from digging in
I think you need to build a tree house for Bobby and Betty. A place for them to roost out of the weather. Just a thought. Oh, fill it with straw. You might some babies.

I think all 4 of those pigs are adorable.
Place a 2x6 across gate bury 2 to 3 inches in ground place it so gate closes tight against
Also excess dirt..move inside of pens and place so it makes a high ground area an place shelters up on high ground
The pigs don't have any bedding to lay down on guys.

Probably not the dogs, they'd have no reason to start digging around the pens if they haven't done it yet. Trailcams will tell you though, if it happens again. The new pig pen looks good, easy set up, functional, and not real expensive. Love ya'll ❤️

Grandpa Adler uses a pallet and a T post as a gate...and also cuts out a few squares at the top so he can just step over into the pen. Kuni kuni's look good!
Should build a small feeding enclosure for butchering hogs on load up day they'll be used to it make it so much easier have a ramp built doing an awesome job keep it up God bless your family
To find out what's running around digging under that fence you should put a Trail cam up
Bobbie sounds like he's saying help help when you asked him what he was doing. He wants in the house. The feeder pigs look like they are doing good. Hopefully it's Gracie and Gabby scratching the logs out and not cyotes. Great job fixing the new pen for the Kune Kunes. Looks like they like their new home. Take care and stay safe out there. maybe you should put some hay in the pigs shelter for them to sleep on. Pigs love that. You are doing a great job getting the Homestead developed. It takes a long time to get it the way you want it. Keep up the good work!!!

Bury cinderblocks under the gate so what ever is digging under the gate will stop at the blocks.

Genius idea that the Bob Cat became the hammer for the poles.
Your bobcat keeps on proving its value on your homestead! - It doesn't seem as if you're truly ready for a tractor yet but, do keep looking at different tractors of varying ages so you're ready when the time comes or one presents its self. Meanwhile, do start a tractor kitty; just a little set aside each month and a bit of the extra when extra dollars come up.

That was a fun experience and the two pigs have a great new pig pen and you can see them from the house so nice. they will be cool and happy under the big tree too like an umbrella

You could put your trail cam on that tree to see who/what is trying to get to the pigs. Love the Kuney Kuneys. You made a good, strong pen for them.
That was a great idea using the skid steer to build the fence
Maybe a camera in front of the fence to see what’s trying to get in with the piglets

I was thinking maybe you guys might want to look into getting some Guineas for your Homestead. They would help keep the tick population down alot. Love watching the pigs, they have the cutest butts, lol.

For your well water if you put in a sand filter it'll take out most of all the tastes and make it taste really good

Seeing you work the bobcat for the posts reminded me of what my Dad said work smarter not harder ,you did an awesome job ,hopefully its not Coyotes after the meat pigs just the dogs and its problem solved ,its been crazy hot for the uk here today Friday we hit 35c that never happens this early in June just waiting on a storm now fingers crossed because we really need the rain .stay safe God bless 👋🙏🏻

There are frames with the slats built in .....probably what they're using.
I have a Plank matress by Brooklin mattress ! Its super firm ! Best mattress I ever owned and I'm 60 ! Its a box mattress also ! Its designed for big people !

On a permanent structure like the pig lot we always used to buy some cheap concrete mixed it up and poured a little pad under the gates. so nothing could dig in or out. Just a bagnor two will do it.
Hey Dutch, if you put hardware cloth on the ground under the fence about 18 in on either side nothing will be able to dig under your fence. I have a Mastiff that started digging under my chain link fence to take herself for a walk. I put down the hardware cloth tacked it down using landscape staples. She can no longer dig under the fence. Justice suggestion. Hugs to your family. God bless.

I happened to be taking a woodshop class when we got pigs, so I built a feeder out of outdoor 3/4" plywood with the exact same dimensions as a metal feeder. It lasted ll through the growing season plus years of just sitting out there! You get more rain thN we do here on northern California, so you might need to seal at least the edges.

Just use your own lumber and the part your gonna cute out as a gate . That way all you gotta do is buy hinges.

Make a lid out of plywood for your feeders. Put a piece of flat steel from the top on each corner and clear down to the front of the plywood. Use a chain link to attach the flat steel to the pig feeder. Try it out before you toss that one without a lid.

Dutch. You need to go over to Living Traditions Homestead and talk to Kevin. He has a gas powered post hole thing for placing T posts. You would love it. Well worth the money.
Dutch has one, it's called a Bobcat.
Maybe you can fasten the logs to the fence so they can't be simply pushed away. Maybe it's coyotes bc they're very intelligent and determined.
a rope tying them to the fence would help

have you seen the platform built by Kevin of living traditions homestead for a trough to feed the pigs, less mud hole, and barrel for water with nipples. a little straw for there bed, a ditch to drain the overflow of the rain to the pond, will keep them healthy.
You need to bury a old railroad tie or a peice of wood underneath the gate 😉
Sean we have 4 pigs in a 15/ 45 there’s more than enough room for them we have the same pig fence as you with electric wire on the bottom we have cought a few predators on the cam trying to get it but got a little shock

Dutch, here is a suggestion. On your pig feeder. You might want to change the opening of the feeder cover to open to the back instead of to the front. That would simplify the feed loading.

If you are likely to set a number of fence posts in the upcoming years, do start looking at the assorted different types of gas, t-post drivers. - Before you toast your back.
Suggestion Only : if you are going place large branches against the fence . Why not take the time go a tiny bit further. Fill the dirt back in , stomp it down and drive stakes in front of the branches so they can be pushed away. Also if you take the time while at the shop and round the top edges of the T-post with your grinder you don't end up mushrooming the tops. Causing sharp jagged edges . Yes sir I enjoyed the video. I love seeing the kids getting involved and helping daddy out . Remember to take care of yourself and each other. God bless.
like the video. ya'll weave the t post through fence wire would have made it stronger. people has not figure it out. maybe next time. look out for the bank to change bank cards and credit cards. there may be shortage on sheet rock. you can drop the gate down or put barb wire on the bottom. be bless and love.
