Thanks George I discovered you and your channel and your wonderful Master Gu yesterday and so happy I did. I’m reconnecting with my love of tai chi and meditation while learning about Taoism. I previously practised wing chun for several years and it’s really interesting how some of these Qigong movements are so familiar to me from wing chun forms. Thank you for sharing this and everything else on your channel 💛🙏🏻

That's amazing ... I remember learning most of these moves years ago when I just was starting studing & practising KungFu ... We used them several times during the trainings to raise & regain the energy ... but back then I'd never thought QiGong (or Dao Yoga) could be used apart from Martial Arts :)

      Three things.
That was a great practice. I will for sure watch this and your other videos.
I never heard so much cracking of my body as I did this. Within my range but I was very stiff.
And as my son did it beside me looked up at me and said. "That was really nice. Good job!"
      Thank you.

If the goal of the Taoist Alchemists was to become immortal and stop the ageing process if we don't achieve this are we failed Taoists. The ego part of me wants to say no you can not achieve these goals and still be successful but then the other part of me says come off of it how can you consider yourself successful if you did not achieve the goal
