I've been working out most of my adult life. Long time ago I did pilates for a short time and loved it, but switched to my weights workouts. This Pilates workout is so good and effective. Been doing it every other day for two weeks. The first time I did it, I could even get up from the mat!! It's getting a little easier and -unless I am hallucinating- I can see some slight changes in my butt. I still can't understand how Lottie can do all the moves so perfectly and talk so easily at the same time.

fabulous ! ideal length of time to fit into my day in between meetings and household responsibilities . What do you mean when you say "gather your ribs" or "gather your side?" can you give a more specific directive? thank you !!!
Lottie Thank you for the great routines! I am a beginner, and would really benefit from more of your guidance around breathing. At times the "inhale / exhale" bit comes at the end of each activity ... Thanks a million!
Hey- yes of course thanks for the feedback, I can do a little more focus on the breathing however try not to get to hung up on when the out breathe or in breathe should come but just focus on breathing naturally and in rhythm with the movement. Thanks Chris

Would be amazing if you could mention at the start that we're going to need breadth of space if the exercises in this routine do so (aka legs out to the side means I got to re-arrange my furniture!). Not a criticism. Just feedback from a loyal follower.
This is really wonderful - some moves I've never done before (those turn outs - ouch!). Really struggled with swinging the leg forward and back though, any tips? Or it that strength/flexibility related?
I think that’s honestly one of the hardest moves, we all struggle with it. Just don’t worry about getting the leg super high and focus on your spine and posture, make the leg reach out long and keep working your core, it will make everything feel stronger. Xx

great workout struggled with the leg swings , but will keep going ..
They are super hard! Keep the movement small and yes keep going, everything will balance out and get stronger and more mobile. I find them hard too x
