Thank you. It's truly one of the most helpful videos ever!!! I sleep "hot". Really hot... so get 3 to 4 hours of sleep if all I get. So hopefully, this Eight Sleep cover is the answer to my issue.

Also side question. Have you ever found a good weighted sheet for very hot summers ? Ie. I thought about chain mail. But I think it might shift too much without being tapered down in some way. Weather stitched to some good bamboo sheet or elastic cords tethering it to bead. Any suggestions ??

If your bed has the ability to change the head and leg positions will this be prevented by this pad.
When it comes to sleep trackers, do you like something that *only* tracks your sleep? Or do you prefer a wearable that gives you more information and more context for your sleep?

Interviewed with 8 Sleep was more than qualified for the job even though it was low-paying. I'm a certified clinical sleep educator. Made it through 9 interviews. Entire company was essentially CEO worship and as soon as I met with the CEO was clear he was not interested in me because of my weight. He kept stressing it was a fitness company and that someone would need to be a "representative" of that. Definitely would not recommend if you choose to spend your money with reputable people.
I’d like temp regulation only. Could I preset the temp, turn off my phone and WiFi and just let the system regulate temp from the preset? I don’t want all the tech running whilst sleeping!
That's a good question. The tower has a built-in wifi so my assumption is its calibrating the time throughout the night based on that connection. You could reasonably turn off your phone; I don't think you'd get the full functionality without wifi!
Dude.. Missing some crucial information in this review. It has a whacking great control unit.. How noisy is it??? How often does the water need to be topped up? Where does the unit have to live, next to my head?? or can it go at the foot end of bed? All stuff crucial to know before dropping a sizeable amount of cash...
it's less noisy than the doc pro. it needs distilled water and hydrogen peroxide. the rest i dont know
apple watch can monitor sleep and temperature. i feel an apple mattress cover coming soon.
I bought this sleep eight super expensive mattress and it's been just over one year and the hub stopped working. I've contacted support but it's very very very frustrating so far because they have been zero help. I wouldn't recommend this mattress to anyone.
