I tried the Daring wings for the first time this week. I was so impressed and thought it’s clearly going to be the new big thing in the vegan world. I came looking to see if any of my favorite vegan TH-camrs had talked about it and was shocked to find that this video is 2 years old so this brand isn’t new. How are these not more well known and widely available by now?? They’re SO good.
You know you're a vegan when, while trying a new product from a _vegan company,_ you stop eating and peer at the bag to double-check. I did this with the reformulated Daiya cheddar shreds recently, because when I opened the bag, whoosh, cheap shredded dairy cheese smell hit my senses. Daiya. I was questioning Daiya. Nobody here carries Daring, and I'm a bit unnerved to try it. But one thing's for sure: The food singularity is near, and it will get here before lab meat. TFP!

I’m late yall! I just tried this for the first time last night- made it for dinner for 2 teenage meat loving kids. Who both CLEANED the plate. It was soooo good. I myself am not all the way vegan, we are all on our journey there. With daring, we will be there soon!!

As far as price I think another good thing to point out when comparing a vegan product that is SO comparable to the actual non-vegan product is to think of that cost as well. On average chicken breasts that you would use to make grilled chicken bites like that would cost about $5-10 or more depending on the labels they add to it. Wow guys! Thank you for this video. I’m new to the vegan world and have not tried any plant chicken until today. I saw your video, promptly picked up a bag of the breaded at Sprouts (on sale) and cooked a few up. I’m 200% on board with those! I’d never guess they were not chicken! The texture is dead on and the flavor is great. I used Chick-fil-A sauce (prob not a vegan choice) but they were/are delish! Would love to see them come out with a Patty.

I haven't eaten meat in 15 years, and when I tried Daring it was so realistic it actually made me nauseous. I had the same reaction to Impossible beef when it first launched, too. Impossible is now one of my favorites, and Daring probably will be too!
Thank you for sharing these taste testing products. I have actually stop eating red meat all together and have noticed that I don't have the inflammation pain as I did before when I ate red meat! Great video.I have started buying more vegan frozen foods when I need something quick.

Thank god I found ur channel as my one year old has been having many many problems with allergies, stomach issues, painful bowl movements (tmi) for the past couple months. His pediatrician instructed us we put him on vegan diet however no carbs, starchy foods till further testing is done. I’m on my 16th day of the Daniel Fast. I used the Cajun “chicken” in a stir fry today. I had to do research here to see if it’s really “not” chicken. The texture is “just” like chicken. I’m still afraid to eat it. I don’t want to mess up my fast. 😊 Edit: I just tried it; it’s so good! 😋
I actually ordered some after your last video! I've only had the opportunity to put it in a simple stir-fry, but overall I think it's pretty good. One of the key things they def get right is the fibrous texture that chicken has. I'm not vegan (just dairy free) so I actually have chicken regularly. Personally, I'm not sure that the flavor is that close to chicken, but it's probably going to be one of the better vegan options.
Yes I've been using Daring for about a year. Daring sent me a box of samples just before they rolled out in Sprouts last year. I'm a vegan chef and I use various products for my customers. So Daring is fantastic in a vegan chickn pot pie,better than most because it holds up in the oven while simmering in the vegan broth. Most chickn subs soften up to mush after baking in a broth for say 45 to 55 minutes in a broth. But not only does Daring hold up,staying somewhat firm,but it absorbs the delicious broth and actually becomes JUICY AND SUCCULENT but not mushy.My customers are delighted with the chickn. They said HOW DID YOU DO THAT? I just smiled.
Thank you for this review. I am now shifting my focus on becoming a vegetarian, and I was looking for a meat substitution. However, living in Hawaii has its limitations. The company does not ship nor has any retail locations here. Hopefully soon, I will get my hands on this product after we move. Thank you for the review.

The first time I tried an Impossible burger I actually got nauseous because it was way too real tasting/looking for me 😂 now I enjoy using it in recipes ❤️ 🐄 🌱
Literally me every time I get a beyond burger at a restaurant, it’s so hard for me to eat it without saying “I swear this is real meat” lol, kinda makes it hard to eat at times bc of how realistic it is
I have alpha-galctose(mammalian meat) allergy and i get an Impossible.burger 4 or 5 times a year. I am always so scared that they gave me the wrong one because to me it tastes like the way I remember burgers tasting. For me though it wouldnt just be a mistake that cost another being its life. Anaphylaxis could end my life too. Impossible burgers are like a scary roller coaster ride for me
I do not like the Impossible burger. There's a weird chemical taste to it. I just became a Vegan 3 wks ago. So, I've been trying different meat alternatives. I would really like to try the Beyond Burger.

Watched your review this on another video and couldn't wait to try it. Stopped by Sprouts yesterday and bought 2 of each original and Cajun. Tried the original tonight because I felt like some barbeque along with a salad. It was soooo good!!! Was super filling too and good calories. Not vegan but pescatarian so I do eat some dairy, fish and eggs but no meat so this still works for me. Thanks for the reviews, found a new favorite!! For those who have a Sprouts in their area, they are selling the Daring chicken for $5.99 for another week. Add some Chinese five spice to the orginal and throw in a bag of Trader Joe's vegetable fried rice and it's a quick meal.
Honestly, this is incredible! The texture really reminds me of what people are able to achieve with wash the flour method of makin seitan but: 1) this is gf 2) having sth like that available so easily must be awesome :D Where I live most available options are just lame ;P . I picked up the lemon and herb chicken. I really like it. I saw it last weekend at spouts and any new vegan stuff ill try it. I like the texture too. I made it with some rice pilaf, corn, and like a garlic sauce.

We just got our shipment (classic and breaded) that we ordered based on your rave review in the nuggets video. I can’t wait to try them!! I just finished a pack Quorn’s nuggets which blew me away, but they contain egg whites so they are not vegan unfortunately. They have other vegan products though. They’re made from Mycoprotein (mushroom based). I’ve ordered both regular and spicy Nuggs (spicy preferred), but I’ve always found their cooking instructions to be much longer than needed. If I go based on internal temp instead of time, they have a lot more volume and don’t seem too thin/flat. Maybe something to try out if you have more in your freezer!

I haven't eaten meat in 15 years, and when I tried Daring it was so realistic it actually made me nauseous. I had the same reaction to Impossible beef when it first launched, too. Impossible is now one of my favorites, and Daring probably will be too!

Thank god I found ur channel as my one year old has been having many many problems with allergies, stomach issues, painful bowl movements (tmi) for the past couple months. I’m on my 16th day of the Daniel Fast. I used the Cajun “chicken” in a stir fry today. I had to do research here to see if it’s really “not” chicken. The texture is “just” like chicken. I’m still afraid to eat it. I don’t want to mess up my fast. 😊 Edit: I just tried it; it’s so good! 😋

I actually ordered some after your last video! I've only had the opportunity to put it in a simple stir-fry, but overall I think it's pretty good. One of the key things they def get right is the fibrous texture that chicken has. I'm not vegan (just dairy free) so I actually have chicken regularly. Personally, I'm not sure that the flavor is that close to chicken, but it's probably going to be one of the better vegan options.
Tried and really enjoyed the breaded ones with some homemade ranch. Have the lemon and herb in the fridge; excited to try!
Yes I've been using Daring for about a year. Daring sent me a box of samples just before they rolled out in Sprouts last year. I'm a vegan chef and I use various products for my customers. So Daring is fantastic in a vegan chickn pot pie,better than most because it holds up in the oven while simmering in the vegan broth. Most chickn subs soften up to mush after baking in a broth for say 45 to 55 minutes in a broth. But not only does Daring hold up,staying somewhat firm,but it absorbs the delicious broth and actually becomes JUICY AND SUCCULENT but not mushy.My customers are delighted with the chickn. They said HOW DID YOU DO THAT? I just smiled.

Literally me every time I get a beyond burger at a restaurant, it’s so hard for me to eat it without saying “I swear this is real meat” lol, kinda makes it hard to eat at times bc of how realistic it is
I have alpha-galctose(mammalian meat) allergy and i get an Impossible.burger 4 or 5 times a year. I am always so scared that they gave me the wrong one because to me it tastes like the way I remember burgers tasting. For me though it wouldnt just be a mistake that cost another being its life. Anaphylaxis could end my life too. Impossible burgers are like a scary roller coaster ride for me

I do not like the Impossible burger. There's a weird chemical taste to it. I just became a Vegan 3 wks ago. So, I've been trying different meat alternatives. I would really like to try the Beyond Burger.

They appear to be only in smaller boutique type groceries in developing areas with multiple condos/homes in the upper six figure price range. You guys are making me eager to try it, but I'll have to wait until they expand a bit more!

Tried the original tonight because I felt like some barbeque along with a salad. It was soooo good!!! Was super filling too and good calories.

Honestly, this is incredible! The texture really reminds me of what people are able to achieve with wash the flour method of makin seitan but: 1) this is gf 2) having sth like that available so easily must be awesome :D Where I live most available options are just lame ;P

Just tried the cajin chicken and I was very pleased. I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but thought it was interesting.
I picked up the lemon and herb chicken. I really like it. I saw it last weekend at spouts and any new vegan stuff ill try it. I like the texture too. I made it with some rice pilaf, corn, and like a garlic sauce.

We just got our shipment (classic and breaded) that we ordered based on your rave review in the nuggets video. I can’t wait to try them!!
I just finished a pack Quorn’s nuggets which blew me away, but they contain egg whites so they are not vegan unfortunately. They have other vegan products though. They’re made from Mycoprotein (mushroom based).
I’ve ordered both regular and spicy Nuggs (spicy preferred), but I’ve always found their cooking instructions to be much longer than needed. If I go based on internal temp instead of time, they have a lot more volume and don’t seem too thin/flat. Maybe something to try out if you have more in your freezer!

I feel if u originally were fans of dark meat chicken then most likely u will LOVE LOVE LOVE Atlas Monroe however it does tend to be on the spicy side of spicy and last I checked the shipping time is kinda long but WELL worth the wait! My husband says its the best vegan friend “chickN” he’s ever had hands down.
