Try this if that doesn’t work There is a Win 10 & 11 bug that limits download and upload. This is what worked for me. I spent hours researching what to do, and just copy and paste this in command prompt one line at a time, and it WILL fix it if you had the same windows bug that I had. (You might have to enter it again after a couple updates. Apparently windows still doesn’t realize it yet…) NETWORK FIX Win 10 & 11 ipconfig /release ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /renew and press Enter. (This will stall for a moment.) netsh int ip reset and press Enter. (Don't restart yet.) netsh winsock reset netsh interface tcp show global netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=normal
brother i have to thank you. i usually dont do this for tutorial videos, but i have been having an issue with my download speeds specifically on steam for many years. all thanks to this video, one little setting change, my speeds went from what felt like a lock at 2 mbps to over 40, consistently. thank you.
another fix for me, sometime your internet router may be overheated or tried for prolong use. Unplug it and let it rest for 15 minute then plug it back. See if it fix.

@@resonance_mk1 Fs not the worst for pc but my console getting about 800-900mps. Im sure pc and console are different in some aspects but its insane the difference.

Dont do this on your C drive. Only do this if there is a different drive where steam is installed.
