if it wasn't for vertex tools sketchup will be meaning less to use.. that plugin makes sketchup interact like other 3d softwares paks. love it... and love this video!! cheers!
I think it just adds that third dimension - SketchUp lets you edit lines and faces, but not so great with vertices, so this tool allows that kind of editing.

Thanks, man! This is very helpful for someone just starting with sketchup! It is simple enough but you get to practice the basic features of it. ^_^
Glad it helped!
Really like this type of video
Thank you!
Hey Justin. Can you make a tutorial on how to make a guns? Maybe a pistol
Merge vertices... never used it before but now I can't wait to mess around with it!
I didn't even realize it was there - it's an amazing tool! :)

I seen this sword on blender 2.9 tutorial.
I like the idea of challenging yourself to do models created in programs like blender.
That's the video! I actually learned about Vertex Tools' merge vertices function from trying to find a way to follow that modeling workflow
Nice
Thanks!
I assume you do know you could've moved the Vertices without the Vertex Tools.
Sure if you feel like moving every point manually
@@Thesketchupessentials It took me a while (a long while ago) to realize you would even move a lone vertex.
first
Hmmm...photo finish on this one ;p
@@Thesketchupessentials i am from saudi arabia, yeh you are awesome..keep it up
