    Concepts of critical thinking:
    1) Learning from the Wisdom of the Ages.
    2) Conceptual Frameworks: best thinking through reading with an open mind to expand frameworks.
    3) Reflective Awareness

Thank you, I’m applying for a supervisor position and I believe I have what it takes and watching your video has given me the confidence in the thought that I may have what it takes based on rational and problem solving based on the ability to put forth the effort to view the opinions of choices of another person insight to understand what drives them and where I can help and give them different perspective and take the time to figure out their learning curve and if it’s visual, listening etc. and grow their skills to strengthen the business which or whatever it maybe.

Critical thinking a process that you have to apply within everyday life and in every situation. In the video it mentioned critical thinking isn't a 'destinantion'. I gathered from this that to improve critical thinking skills an individual has to continually practice critical thinking

in reference to critical thinking, this is why when person is mad or sad, he or she should not make any decisions because later that will change. Once that person overcomes the stage of sadness or anger, the decisions made before, most probably are not the same as if the person is calm and centered.

Based on the definition alone, Critical Thinking are heavily influenced by your upbringing, environment and experiences. Question is how do we close this gap faster given the limited time that we have with our executives.

I just google the meaning of "executive". It is a decision-making job in order to execute any ideas and tasks given by the team. Learning by definition in life to articulate thoughts is the wisdom that was embraced by Dr Grace. What about the people who worked in silos when they are not involved in a group of people? Wisdom on how to delegate the bigger task into small chunks for them and working on it.
