These are things that i learned from this book- 1) Be a active listener 2) Ask Q's for better understanding 3) Be the one to start the convo 4) Try to understand other people's point of view 5) Take feedback from others 6) Improve yourself or what ever you are doing if you receive negative feedback 7) If someone askes you to give feedback give a proper feedback 8) Make records of your convo or reseach and overlook them later so that you might understand points that you missed 9) Reflect on your self and your decisions this gives a clear perspective
