Just recently installed a PRL CAÍ , a Mishimoto intercooler and a koyorad radiator and car is running beautifully lose a few miles due to this freezing cold weather but as soon as summer comes I’ll be flying like Peter Pan. This is just the beginning for the project car 🚘

Is there a way to change the shift up backlight to active earlier than red line? Like 3.5k to shift normally?
So I just tried the vsa off trick my 2016 ex and it works lol you’d be surprised what’s civic can do
So after a road trip and messing around with ECO mode, I found that it seemed like it did worse in city but great on HWY and in stopped traffic. Just like you said, when getting up to speed, I feel like it luggs and uses a ton of gas if youre going anywhere below 45mph compared to just D, but if youre driving at normal freeway speeds and you throw that bitch on, 👌
Ill take note of this next time i hop in my 21' hatch no wonder i thought ive always saved more gas in city when i didn't have eco on but more when it was on while on the hwy.
Gas efficiency light goes red in the accord when in sport which is just my favorite thing ever lol
Here in UK we have a 1.0 litre turbo, fuel consumption is amazing, between 42 - 59 mpg. Standard motorway driving I get 55+ mpg and commuting around 45 mpg.
I love my 1 litre SE
You won't like the 2k cam belt replacement bill.. uk is awash with them now. Still great cars though..just bought the 1.5 sport.... had Honda for years and never let me down

Hey Chris, I’m new to the car world and you’ve definitely been helping me. I have a 2020 civic sport & live in Massachusetts. I start my automatic starter the way you showed, for some reason it seems to stay on for 10 min. Is there anyway to change that. I had a remote started in my old 04 Honda ex accord and it stayed on until I turned it off or started car.

Press the lock and auto start button again.
The same way you auto start the car, that's the same way you extend the time it takes for the car to shut off.
Would be nice if honda link worked it worked like the first 3 days i got the car but not again since
Chris, the auto E brake disengage, will ONLY disengage if the driver's seatbelt is on.
I mean, you should already be wearing your seat belt when you drive any way.
But still good to know! 😀

Also another feature that I recently found out that I use while using Google maps, when I turn on the blinker to turn or merge right, the blind spot camera automatically turns on right, and you lose the Google maps on your infotainment screen for that quick seconds or so, if you press the blind spot camera button it turns it off bringing back the Google map. Don't believe you've shared it on your channel but it might be useful
What model has the blindspot camera feature? cause my 21' hatch doesn't have a camera on there side mirrors.
@@getlost8957 I have a 2020 Hatchback EX, only the right side mirror has the camera. Unless the LX and Sport trims don't have the side camera?
I have an issue with my driver side tweeter since I bought the car. Some songs I hear this annoying rattling noise coming from the door. Any fixes for this?
Yeah. Mine does the same at about volume 15 onwards.
Gotta upgrade the crap stock tweeters on our cars for sure!

That’s how Honda made them? 🤷♂️
For kinda manual shifting in sport mode...essentially overrides the gearbox and gives 7 ratios as opposed to slurring up and down almost infinitely....

its not sport mode. its called "second" and is meant for hilly mountain roads
