I love that you prioritize wellness! When you talked about rest being a requirement, you definitely embody that lifestyle. Excited to watch more of your content. Currently looking to transition from site finance to CRO/Sponsor role

Thank you so much for watching! Rest is definitely so important, we have to take care of ourselves! You can definitely make the transition! Some finance roles/titles I've worked with at the CRO level include: Financial Analyst, Project Analyst, Business Planning Analyst, Payment Coordinator, Payment Associate. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi! Thank you so much for watching! Challenges: Team Accountability and Time Management. When working with clients it can be difficult especially if they’re new to trials, some don’t know the regulations/requirements and you have to sometimes educate them.
Tips: Speaking on your knowledge of the different functional groups (data mgmt, clinical monitoring, biostats) even if you just cover a high level of how everyone works together to meet the goal. Speak about your challenges and solutions. Managing competing deadlines, communications skills, leadership abilities. Speak on your phases/indications you’ve worked with. I hope this helps! Good luck on your interview 🍀

Hey! I'm also in clinical trials and considering switching to a PM role, and I'm curious to know how often you have to travel for work and how you would rate the work/life balance.

Hi! Thank you so much for watching! It's nice to meet someone else in Clinical Trials! I haven't had to travel in my current role yet. I just started with this company but so far, many clients I work with have continued with virtual meetings instead of their in person meetings. Some because of Covid and others because of budgets. It really depends on the meeting reasons and clients. but I am going to do a video soon sharing more insight of what to expect!
