    How many grams are in 1 scoop of the powder? Unless I have the exact scoop and product I'll never know the right proportion. (Or tablespoons, etc). Thank you.

      Hi! Elizabeth 👋🏼 Thanks for your question. The weight of one scoop can vary depending on the product. Typically, the packaging should provide the weight per scoop. As a general reference, one scoop of protein powder is approximately 24-33 grams, but this can vary. The one that we use is 33g. If you have a kitchen scale, you can measure the exact amount for accuracy. I hope this helps! 🫰🏼

    Looks good but that coconut oil and peanut butter adds a lot of calories :(

      Here’s the calories and macros: 584kcal | Carbohydrates: 53g | Protein: 37g | Fat: 27g
      If you want reduce the overall fat you can choose not to use coconut oil to melt the chocolate and instead of regular peanut butter you can use PB2. This will significantly reduce overall calories from fat.

    I am gonna use vanilla pea protein isolate … hope that will also work? 😢

    • @TastyFitMacros
      @TastyFitMacros  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey, the vanilla pea protein isolate will work in this recipe. If it comes out a bit thick you can add more milk to get the consistency you want.
      Keep up updated and let us know how it came out :).
