@@RahulKamat Is there such a thing as a strawberry shortcake powder similar to the black cocoa? Do you have fave and least fave brands of protein powder?
Tried it today, this is going be a staple in my diet. I’ve been Eating oats for breakfast 3 years now. Never tried an overnight oats recipe, but this time, because it was you, i thought F it, why not. It was absolutely FANTASTIC. Filled me up really good (had both of em) and had a great workout. Squated 180kg 3x8 for the first time. The cacao ones was my favorite. Thanks again, I owe my new squat PR to you😜
Tried the chocolate version just now and it was sooooo good! Previously I had so much trouble feeling satiated from eating overnight oats, but this changes everything! Thanks Rahul!

You should definitely look into adding grated zucchini to your overnight oats. They go great with regular instant oatmeal and overnight oats. You get double the bulk for so little calories and you can't even taste them. I always add slices of frozen zucchini to my strawberry protein smoothies and I use them in my brownies too. I also make mini apple pies and use half apple and half zucchini and when I eat it I cant tell whether I eating zucchini or apple. The Zucchini takes on the flavor of whatever you add to it so that's why there are so many recipes that have them in baking. I've also seen people use cauliflower too for bulking oats but I haven't tried that yet.
Excellent tip. I see zucchini being mentioned often yet not many people use it. I also use frozen kale or spinach. Works just as well ;) + bonus micronutrients

2:10 that peanut dust is already a 17-18% mix of salt and sugar. Adding more seems excessive. 6:30 having tried hersheys I can confirm it doesn’t taste like vomit, usually. Those oats lookin' HECKIN' fudgy! I almost want to spread it on something. I think this is a great recipe for those who aren't into chia seeds. (I might add coffee instead of water🤫)
Caffeinated oats that’s what I need to do lol
@@RahulKamat I make coffee and oak milk oats half of the time. Very good with nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla protein powder (mix in with oats and hot coffee makes it easier), and a little bit of dark chocolate. Sometimes I add blackberries as well.
Idk if you made this up but absolutely delicious!!!
I got inspo from flexible dieting lifestyle’s vid which I linked in the description!
Love the recipe so simple and healthy wow.
Thank you!
Best overnight oats recipe I’ve tried
Please make something with chocolate protein powder. Like a low calorie microwave cake or a shake. Other suggestions- Post workout low calorie meals. And snacks! Like Rice cakes and all. Lots of love.❤️❤️❤️
