Anyhow mujhe yeh poochna tha kay ap daal mana karti hain, agar aik cup moong ki daal without any oil with lots of cucumber, letus and other vegetables le lain with spoon, then it will be allowed or still daal can't be used.

@@Cooking_with_kashmala I use to watch every video of ayesha and just pick the random diet plan which I thought I can follow, not a specific one In starting I was having cumin water for 2 weeks and then kalwonji for 10-12 days , but it didn’t suit me that much so I quit , after than I took only lemon water in the morning, And brown bread with veggie omelete is my breakfast , And 1 medium size fruit at 12, I don’t feel hunger a lot in afternoon , just use to eat dry fruits about 3pm with cup of green tea, and then do my dinner between 5-6 , that’s it After that I don’t use to eat anything, If I feel hungry at night I use to drink warm water that’s it , And it really worked , it’s all bcs of Ayesha’s diet that I am going back on the same digit of weight which I had before my marriage even after two kids . Ayesha thanks once again
