    I enjoyed this workout! Just what I needed. I am a caregiver now but used to be a certified trainer. Even though I know a lot myself, I like to occasionally work out without having to think. You know your stuff! I trust your workouts. Thanks for the great workout! I learned a lot and worked hard.

    Honestly some of the female fitness «gurus» don’t try to explain things properly or have these type of workouts. Just because I’m a female doesn’t mean I want weak ass workouts🙄 using this tomorrow! Thanks mate:)

      Yeah that's right! As a women who used to attend group lessons more in gym, despite of a lot of reps I used to do with machines, I literally didn't feel anything. After years I learnt how to work each of my muscles and training, I stopped going to gym and prepared place to sport in my home. But I guess it is harder for yall because yall workout with insane weights

      Just cause your sore and sweaty doesn’t mean u gaining muscle. In reality if u sweat too much it probably ur drink or are really out of shape. Most of the soreness will go away if u stretch and rest and eat well. So those 2 things are not an accurate way to define this.

    I'm 3 months after having my second baby and can't go to gym, cause there's not time enough, but starting with this was perfect. Made my adaption from gym to home exercising really quick. I did 4 rounds, deadlifts with 30 kg,I 'm proud that my body remembers those hours of sweating in gym before getting pregnant. Thank you for extracting the most important exercises and not talking around too much. Another bonus:you're really handsome ❤️

    1:42 One REALLY important thing to mention here is that you wanna go kind of towards your pocket with your arm while holding the same angle with your arm. A lot of people (me included) do this exercice wrong and pull a lot with the biceps instead of lat. Ive seen in a workout vid how to do the movement right and it changed this exercice so much for me. I hope i could explain it in the right way, english is not my first language.

    Last year, I traveled to the US to see my brother there. Unfortunately, for 10 days, I had no pull-up bars, only a small home local gym with some dumbbells. Remember I opened the Heria Pro application and made a workout generated with these exercises. And it killed me : )) Dope video Chris 🔥

    Loved your tips on how to perform each lift, and why, and your explaining which muscle(s) each exercise works. Is it possible to make a back-shoulders-lats video with resistance bands? One for strength and flexibility, not for triangle back etc.
    It would be even more rare to find if it included some full / upper body band exercises in martial arts like the uchikomi shoulder twist and toss.

      theres never an excuse. I lived in a prison cell re purposed as affordable housing the size of a queen bed and with a stack of plates in the corner with adjustable dumbbells i was able to work out every muscle in the body

    I've been doing these for over an year now and I take eggs daily, chicken occasionally only and boiled chickpeas daily fort my protein needs, and I got a big back, but I can never know if going to an actual gym would've been better, but yeah these exercises work

    Great video bro ,i love this dumbbell exercises ,I'm gonna try this in that same order.I dont always make it to the gym but I get to do it at home I have dumbbells from 15lbs -65 and barbells,ezbar and a bench minimum equipment,would love to see more videos like this that you can do at home ,great stuff man

      Start light and work your way up. 10 pounders would be good if you are new to lifting. If you have experience and some strength get some 20 pounders to start out. Also, kettlebells can be around the same price as 2 dumbells and serve the same purpose.

      nicoloco9974 Doing that might cause problems. It can really hurt you if you get the heaviest weights you can lift and doing it as many times as you can. Be careful

      Guys, since my gym closed down, i only got 8lb dumbells to work with at home. Can i achieve good muscle growth if i train consistently? And is it better to do fast reps with such light weights or slow reps but with more emphasis on form?
