    Chris’s work outs has been the best ever! I started around the unfortunate pandemic & I will never go back to just doing weight lifting again. These work outs are the best for results! For toning, building muscle & losing weight in the right places... amazing!

    Spent years training in the gym, lifting weights...all the typical stuff. Since COVID-19 started, I started following Chris' home workouts to stay in shape. In the best shape of my life now. I don't think I'll ever renew my gym membership again.

    People train too much chest and arms and forget their back almost completely. Not only unhealthy but also doesnt look good.

    It’s been about 5 months since I started taking lifting seriously. I’ve put on easily 15 pounds of muscle at LEAST. I’ve incorporated this and the other dumbbell back workouts on this channel and I have never gotten such good results. Great to through in between the week to mix it up

      Well in 1 month you actually can't see a major visual change but this workout is great effective (but you should do at least 3-4 rounds )

      Try a lighter weight for that exercise specifically

      Keep our lateral triceps head stuck and don't spread your arms too wide, move it by your shoulder blades and not with your elbow or wrists, use lighter weights and don't put posture pressure on your hips.

    Even if gym gets open I won’t join coz I am getting good results after doing callisthenics!! I am new to callisthenics came to know about it through ur channel first ; then I explored and now I am practicing it everyday ; much effective no need of any weights ; body weight exercises r the best 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

    Yo man i got 6 packs after doing your workouts
    But as soon as i got my goal i left doing workout
    And again i got bloated and got belly fat
    So im going to start doing exercise from tommorow .
    Tip for people : keep doing a little bit of exercise even if u have achieved your goal bcz it will all go to waste without u knowing about it if u don't keep exercising
    So keep grinding 💪
