Biggest thing to remember while riding a bike is to try and keep your eyes and head level with horizon. Your balance and your bodies reference to where it is in space comes from your ear drums (sort of). When you tip your head over while turning a corner, it’s harder for your body to sense what is happening and slow to react if you are going to tip over or slide out. Try to either maintain speed or accelerate around corner and look ahead to a point you want to go and accelerate toward it and it will help pull you through the corner. It’s real noticeable on street bike.

Everyone should learn how to ride offroad before ever attempting to ride on the road. I logged several weeks offroad before I got a learner's permit for the street. When I took the practical test I aced it. Perfect score. I watched a guy on a small (350 cc) street bike fail the test on his first pass through the course. I felt sorry for him. In my opinion every rider needs to learn offroad. It makes a big difference. Vaughn

I really enjoyed today's show Noraly. My first bike was a dual sport Kawasaki 175 cc 2 stroke. I bought it new in 1971. I just loved that bike. I did a lot of trail riding with it and once a few of us set up a motocross track on a dairy farm. It's amazing how much easier smaller bikes can maneuver than larger bikes. One friend had a 125 Yamaha and another had a 70 Honda. I was faster in the straight away, but the smaller bikes would pass me in the curves. Great fun. Thank you for taking me back to my youth. Take care. Vaughn

Nothing like a mud spattered ear to ear grin at the end of a day of churning up dirt. :D What a wonderful video - not just the experience itself, but the freaking awesome filming of it. And now I'll be catching young Jayson's videos as well. And because I'm not a biker, seeing this video has given me my first appreciation of what I'm seeing when I watch motocross. At least I understand the laws of momentum and balance in principle, but now I can appreciate the learning process of "encouraging" the motorcycle to apply them.

I think I would like to start on a 125cc and I'm 197cm and 105kg. A lighter bike is much easier to handle on pavement, so I guess it will be the same on dirt.

True, that woman has a lot of experience, but it's more fun if you start on a smaller bike

Well done Noraly. Trials riding is fun but motocross is just so much more rock and roll...You’ll be tearing across those off road sections after this !!

Well well.... shoutout for the boys channel is taking effect. In a matter of seconds only the subs went from 1.69k to 1.85k. He surely will be surprised and he deserves it, that boy got some serious talent.

Wow!!! really wonderful. Riding a motocross motorcycle requires effort and a lot of clutch work. it definitely promotes riding in the dirt and better control .Really wonderful !!

He’s a great instructor, that reminds me of my police motorcycle course, the first three days I spent picking a 900lb HD up trying to get the clutch throttle skills sorted, exhausting!
Subbed to your little buddies Channel too. ☝️

Welcome to my Eindhoven the Gekste, hoped you liked Landsard. Do quite some running in that area, near the airport. Well done, just getting into and biting some mud. Practicing riding in loose sand/deep tracks must also make your off-roading more skilled! And that Jayson kid, great, subscribed!

Some of the best motorcyclist I know, started on dirt. They don't get their feathers ruffled like street only riders do in "uh oh" situations.

Motocross is such a confidence builder, and a pretty good workout, This kind of feedback from the instructor speeds up the learning so much.

motorcross/dirt is one of the best things to learn if you ride, being comfortable with sliding around makes you a safer rider all around.

This experience will help you ten fold when you get back to riding your bikes across different countries and if you can keep on practicing, when you do get back to y6our travels it will be so much easier. I use to be a member of a display team for the British army's Royal Artillery and I also use to race enduro's for the army. Keep practising and have fun.
