- This is the first episode of this new season!
Unfortunately, traveling across the world is simply not possible yet with too many countries closing borders and enforcing lockdowns. That means I have to spent this winter in The Netherlands.
I am using this time to create a video series for you where I am going to show you every aspect of the Dutch Moto Scene!! And today the season kicks off with a day at the junior training at TT Assen. What a fantastic day and start of this new season!!

I was hooked by this video.
I'm from Ukraine, I've been running my motocross school for kids 4-16 years old since 2014. Last year, war came to my country in the form of Russian interventionists. As a result, since 24.02.22 everything was lost - premises, tracks, equipment and my students, the same smiling children with shining eyes as in this video. It is painful to remember all this, but we must remember and continue to fight.

This is one school that I wouldn't have hated when I was young.
Yeah... but whenever I came up with something like this my dad was like "too expensive, too dangerous" or something around these lines...
"The Cathedral of Speed!!" As a MotoGP fan I knew immediately! I run a youth racing organization here in the United States and I live for this! There is nothing better than watching kids grow and improve their talent on a tiny race bike! We have had a several of our kids graduate through the classes and even get fast enough to race in Europe, where the sport is so much bigger and they take it very seriously. This year we have Rocco Landers in the Redbull Rookies Cup and Kristian Daniel Jr. making waves in the Spanish Cuna de Campeones. Thank you so much for this great video showcasing the youth racing scene!

Noraly - I'm a 70 year old guy living in North East Washington State. I have ridden my entire life, but I am getting a little long in the tooth. So I am checking ebikes. They are all the rage, at least here in America, but must be the same in Europe. My point is as part of your new series, you might consider doing some videos on the ebikes that really resemble and ride like motorcycles. I have modified my Revi Cheetah to resemble a vintage Indian. I will post a picture here somewhere when I can find the right place. Good luck with your series, I very much enjoy your work young lady!

The little Mini’s are a lot of fun, even for us big “kids”. I think I’m going to watch this again and see how many times you say “Oh Dear” 😁. It’s so cool that they have this facility to teach.

I would have loved to ride around Assen. Back in the 70’s I did go to a racing school at Silverstone riding their Honda 250. Years later I went there again for a special meet/greet day for Honda Fireblade owners, and the Fireblade designer, Tadao Baba was there too, along with around 1000 bikes.

Very nice! Assen! I had some really nice memorys. In the 90's I used to work for a wholesale company in Germany about 30 km from the Dutch border just north of Enschede. At race weekends all the bikers came through there to go see the race. At Friday afternoons I could hear and see them passing by while @ work. I was so jealous every time. Thanks for your visit and sharing your joy with us Noraly ❤

Very cool video! I spent 40 years as an Alpine Ski coach working in junior programs all the way up to Olympic and World Cup teams. The whole scene seems so familiar! Kids who have the training opportunities are so fortunate! 👏🏼🙏🏼

Love Assen, been over every year since 1982 to watch the Dutch TT. No TT this year(covid) but hope to be back next year. Stay in Groningen when we are over, a must to see. You will love the track,has changed a lot over the years,now one of the best circuits. Wish we had mini bikes in my day. Stay safe.

We didn't have a race track but we did have lots of horses. My family competed in O-Mok-See, Western Gymkhana. In my late teens I raced Motocross. Riding is riding and horses prep you well for moto. Pam and I thank you for another excellent adventure. Those kids made my day.

Listen up...it’s all about speed and pushing the limits when young. Been there done that. At 72 y/o and still riding daily...it’s no longer that way. It’s all about enjoying the journey safely. Racing bikes is a fine sport...but soul-riding is better, to me, after riding since 13 y/o...hence almost 60 years of riding. Enjoy your style of riding. Hugs from America. Pray for us here.

I think I know the feeling. That's how I felt when I turned up at Assen in 1990 for my first time on a racetrack, expecting a dozen or so like minded italian bike enthusiasts, and watching with horror as the whole main stand slowly filled up with spectators!

Lucky you! I would love to ride Assen! I got to ride Circuit if the America’s in Austin for their first MotoGP. Track was smooth like butter! Laguna Seca nearly killed me with that corkscrew. Noraly had so much fun on that mini bike. I can’t wait to see her on the track next!

Assen is such a cool track, I've been there watching Road Racing (now MotoGP) back in my youth- some 40 years ago. I actually think that you did quite fine on the track with Ronin, cold, semi offroad tires, so well done sweet Noraly. I really liked the kids enthusiasm, from the youngest on the minibikes and the whole way up. I hope that the lone girl soon get some other girls to race against. We need females in all types of motorsport- How cool would a female Rossi be 🤗👍💖💐
