I don't see where the problem is. Many American families, more precisely over half a million Americans, received Russian citizenship and permanent residence in Russia. So your fiance can move to Russia quietly. It is safer and more efficient.

@@rd7726 i live 2 miles from the border its not wide open there is border patrol every quarter mile so stop the bs. The problem and all the videos you see is when there is like 500 illegals crossing at once they over whelm the brder patorl agents then they get through but just a few people cant get across without being held up and stopped then sent to holding area then sent back.

Hi Svetlana! I am married with an American citizen and I am an American citizen now. I got my k1 visa 11 years ago. I remember I had to go for an interview at the USA embassy and my finance traveled from USA to be next to me on that day!l. The consul was happy to see both of us together and he invited my finance to be part of my interview also ... the consul liked us as a couple and I got my visa on the spot! Good luck to you!

Wow. I recognize every single place you went in Krakow, including the indoor scenes. In that church, I paid to listen to an organ concert, for example. I in the city square, I took naps on the steps of the centerpiece (I have only been there in summer). I bought a book and some other items at the famous indoor market -- that one hallway with booths on both sides. Some really great things you may have missed include underground of the square, the big round tower by the castle, and the dragon's cave next to the castle wall. At the other end of the cave is a large statue of a dragon (made of copper) that shoots out a flame every so often. Did you learn the story of the dragon? There is a famous legend. Also, a short bus ride away is the Salt Mines. That was the most impressive thing to me. It's a city carved underground large enough, I would think, to hold the entire population of Krakow. Part of it are very ornate. My favorite place for breakfast was near the city square. It was a place between two red brick buildings.. an open courtyard. It was a place that felt safe and the lady who worked there had an amazingly cute slavic accent. Honestly, I loved hearing her talk even though I did not understand a word of it. I trust you will get your visa and when you come to the United States--Welcome! I am American and I wish you the best of luck and times. Thank you for the beautiful videos.

St. Mary's basilica (kościół Mariacki): the most important "must see" here is the main altar in wood by Wit Stwosz/ Veit Stoss. A genial German sculptor, maybe not paid properly by the Polish authorities. Unfortunately, upon his return to Germany, fried alive in oil by his Volk's cultural representatives for alleged money-forgery. Es lebe Deutschland!

Sweet Sweet, Lovely and Talented Svetlana. Thank you for a very fine video. You did as well as a Hollywood film producer. Your content is excellent, very interesting and colorful. (especially with the closeups of YOU!) You put an emotionally high part in the beginning where you were looking so beautiful and were upbeat, then launched seamlessly into the depressing parts, followed by mood elevation where you salvaged the moment with Paulina and finally you left us with a big lift of positive and beautiful videography. That is exactly how American filmmakers make movies today. They take your emotions for such a rollercoaster ride that your emotions become malleable. Then once they have your emotions wondering aimlessly they take you in a positive direction and leave you on a positive note so you are relieved. But, you are also very talented in your choice of video subjects. You have a gentle and feminine but articulate voice overlay and your exquisite choice of music rounds it up to excellent. Svetlana, I sincerely hope you get your visa and everything works out positively from here on, you surely have earned it. AND, not to dwell on the past, but your immigration lawyer should have asked you all about your past and then handed you a list of the doc's you needed to assemble. That's his profession, so please don't beat yourself up for not remembering, it wasn't just you who forgot. It must be so frustrating to be so close and not know if you will be successful. BUT Maybe, just maybe; you are so talented that you are using the storyline (again) as an emotional "hook" to keep your viewers in waiting for your next episode. You are cunning like that. OK, FB, & Please tell your friend Paulina she looks marvelous and she appears to have a very nice personality. I will keep praying for you and your fiancé. Hang in there. ben/ michigan

My wife and i went through the legal immigration process. I married her in Vietnam and separated for 7 months while she waited for her visa appointment. Fortunate that she brought paperwork stacked over a foot from everyone i knew proving our relationship and marriage. The agent approved her visa within 20 minutes.
Months of waiting. Thousands of dollars. Hinged on a 20 minute appointment.
Then literally millions of illegal immigrants get free home, free food, free healthcare and more.
All that said. Congratulations for doing it right and welcome to the United States.

My wife got her K-1 visa back in 1995. We used a lawyer and it was money well spent. She met several other Russian women at the Moscow embassy doing the same thing and you had 2 appointments a couple days apart back then. She was not from Moscow and her not being from Moscow she met up with some other women doing the same visa process that were not from Moscow. She was the only one who had all her paperwork in order. She told how some were crying when they got told no you need more forms. They actually would tell you on the spot if you got the visa back then. She has been in America since then and is a huge success [like all the other Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians that come to America with honest intent]. I am so proud of her. We even brought Baba when we had our first kid. Baba on the other hand drives me crazy but I love her tons.

Your fiancé should fly to Poland, then both of you travel to Denmark. You only need one day residence to qualify for a civil marriage. The paperwork can be done at government offices. Change your visa to a marriage visa. Either way it’s going to take months to get your visa.

Sveta, I can't believe the idiots would deny you the visa. You are the sort of person our country, or any country, should welcome as an immigrant. Especially when 15,000 people walk across the borders into the U.S. every day of the week, against our laws, with no documentation. I sincerely hope your visa is granted and that you will not be disappointed with living in the U.S. There are still many nice areas in the U.S., but most of our large cities are in the process of a social collapse, and will shock you, coming from Russia. But check out southern Utah, which is an incredibly beautiful, safe place, although everyone seems to want to move here from other states. Think positive!

Krakow is my favorite city in all of Europe. I have roots in Southeastern Poland/Galicia where my great and great grandparents came from. I felt at home at the Milk Bars especially Bar Pod Mleczny. Wawel Castle is amazing, and Gossip Cafe has amazing coffee and food. The Cafe Garden in the Kazmierz District is my favorite blend of a beer garden and a cafe.

Good luck on your new adventure. Personally I preferred Russia to the US. Like George Carlin said about the American dream, you'd have to be asleep to believe it. US is like a curate's egg, good in parts but don't get poor, and by poor I mean earn sub $70k

Hope everything went smooth after that with your visa 🍀🤞🏼. I myself have applied for an us visa (not fiancé), but remember the excitement I had.
Just wondering about your expiration date… my visa expiration date was tied to my passport validation date and you said in your previous video your france visa was only valid for 2 month, since your passport will expire then.. 🤔
