In this video I continue solving my problem with opening a dollar bank account in Russian banks, that started over a year ago. I even went to Kazakhstan last year to fix this problem, but it didn't work out for me. So watch this video if you want to find out whether I was successful in it this time or not!

Ruxxian Banking system is part of the system supporting the SMO in Ukraine. So transfer the money and take a 500 hit. Then the system uses the deduction to fund the SMO. All of the citizens in the two major city-states support the SMO through their economic activity. The greater the activity the greater the support. This goes the same way in the opposing countries on the other side of the equation.

    • @WilliamAshleyOnline
      @WilliamAshleyOnline ปีที่แล้ว

@@DJ-xs7ln its the bank. obvious russian banks have been hurt by the seizure by the EU and US of billions of dollars of their assets and Russians accounts frozen overseas, its just financial piracy. Costs have increased, they run a big risk of sanctions by processing Russians US dollar transactions. Dude it is a war, US isn't making any better for Ukraine by forcing Russia into an existential war. Sanctions regimes only force Russia to fight to the end because it is a death grip. What you don't get is that Russia and China only have small fractions of their trade with the US and Russian oil has been sent to China and India instead of Europe. Russia's resources will continue being its bread and butter. If you didn't know Russia has trillions of dollars of military assets from the cold war era. They have converted to a war economy so "50% of US dollars" means nothing to the Russian government since they can't deal with US banks anyway. They are dealing with BRICS countries and using resource commodities for trade and have dumped the USD from what has not been seized by the US through unilateral acts of piracy and other hostile acts of war such as physical seizure of Russian citizens assets.

The group of Ukrainian refugees I drove from Poland to Ireland all had dogs. A mother and daughter sat in the back with their dogs and a woman from Odessa sat in the front with hers. Her dog, Laylya, was... let's say she was choosy who to be friends with. But by the second day she decided she could tolerate me and would sleep in her human's lap as I drove.
Towards the end of the second day we were on the final stretch on a rather nice French motorway. However the passing lane was a bit rougher than the travel lane. I noticed that Laylya would start shivering if I went into the passing lane. I looked up at her person questioningly because she had a little bit of English. She said "The road sounds like artillery. Like explosions in distance. Scared." She stroked Laylya reassuringly in a well-practised routine. I moved back to the travel lane and stuck to it the rest of the way. We had time and I didn't need to rush. Laylya settled back and slept.
Best of luck with your banking issues. Must be hard.

Well you don't understand that the west overthrew Ukraines elected president, and outlawed Russians, their language and culture and was furthering a genocide in eastern Ukraine. The oppression of Russians was the cause of this, if Ukraine NATO backed government respected ethnic Russians some 30% of the prewar population of Ukraine none of this would have happened. Ukraine can surrender and propose protections for ethnic Russians at any time and recognize the Ethnic Russian areas of Ukraine as Russia. You have to understand that western backed ultranationalists hate Russians and want to destroy them for revenge for soviet era policies are extremists and do not respect human rights or the international coventant on civil and political rights. 30% of the prewar population of Ukraine was ethnic Russians any many were dual nationals as their parents were Russian or grandparents were Russian. Ukraine was not a country of ethic Ukrainians it was a mix of Jews, Ukrainians and Russians and mixes. The pro ethnic Ukrainians do not respect Russians right to language culture and history and have burned millions of Russian books destroyed their museums banned their language and engaging in human rights abuses on Russians.

This would be a little bit of a hassle. But it might only be a one-time inconvenience. At any rate, I'm wondering if you could open a bank account in say Uzbekistan to get around the sanctions. Then whenever you needed to access money from that account, you could transfer it remotely to your Russian bank account. You'd likely have to pay small fees for each wire transfer but nothing close to the $500 or 50% commission. Seems like that should work.

To open a bank account in Finland, you’ll typically need a valid passport or ID, proof of address, and sometimes a residence permit if you’re a non-EU citizen. Visit a bank branch in Finland, fill out an application, and provide the required documents. Some banks may allow you to start the process online. It’s always a good idea to contact the specific bank beforehand to confirm their requirements and process.

I can tell you how businesses are doing it. Russia has their own system called SPFS, a few banks in Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey use it. They use that bank as an intermediary, that bank then uses SWIFT, via another intermediary (that you listed). Some businesses use Gazprom, which actually isn't sanctioned, because countries have to pay for oil and gas, fertilizer, etc. However, no retail bank will do SWIFT with them, these are transfers being done by countries and large businesses. Armenia banned non-residents from getting bank accounts. There is one bank in Kazakhstan that will do it, but it's stupidly expensive. Turkey is on the verge of economic collapse, so Kyrgyzstan is the best option. But what most people are doing is getting a foreign bank account wherever and then using Binance P2P. But Binance isn't going to last much longer and transferring money into Binance is very hard or impossible from a western bank account. I heard a bank or two in Dubai had connected to SPFS but for retail customers I'm going to guess the fees are stupid. Maybe your friend can ask around there.

In the middle of a war there is no satisfying everyone. Everyone has their own point of view. I know from going to Russia that it is not the Russian people that made this happen. But you know everyone blames all the people not the government.

@robertnunn634 They do not have robust political engagement in Russia. Most people don't participate. In the West, we are schooled to vote and actively encouraged to do so, ok perhaps not in the US, but the rest off us are.

I believe the solution is likely simple: Deposit the money in a Western bank, purchase bitcoin and convert the bitcoin to rubles. I had a Russian friend who was in need of money and I sent money to them through this method. As a Russian citizen you may have trouble with the Western bank part of this transaction, but I doubt it. If you do, then have a trusted friend do that part for you.

It's nice to see Special Financial Operation working. It will continue until all objectives are met. This is the perfect example of what the goals are, disrupting the lives of everyday people, just as the lives of innocent Ukrainians are disrupted, many times in a bloody, not financial way
We call it "reciprocity". Its a time honored practice employed by every country in the world, and it works very well

Why? So they continue what Ukraine former President once said in a speech , “while our children go to school, their children ( people living in East Ukraine) will be hiding in their basement from our bombs” yes Russia should leave East Ukraine so that the Elensky Kiev regime can go back and continue that policy, hey no problem right after all USA proxy war policy is to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian.

As far as UK government, Russia withdraw from Kiev was due to an agreement in the works to end this conflict, but soon after the British Prime Minister Boris Johnson left Kiev , the peace proposal was put to a end. That and one of the Ukrainian delagate that took part in bringing and end to the conflict was killed by the Kiev regime and branded as a traitor.

If you have family in a different country you can use their address and try banking offshore with banks that uses both SWIFT and CIPS.

Interesting video and I'm of two minds here.
Thanks for the hard work creating content and showcasing your country. It's very interesting to join you on your ventures and I had hoped to travel in Russia, but I guess all bets are off.
On the flip side I'm glad the banks are sanctioned and it's working. Now, this isn't any comfort to you and it's unfortunate for the work you are doing here but in the bigger picture, this makes me happy to hear this confirmation that things are blocked. The solution lies close to your home. If you are feeling isolated, well again, not something that in an ideal world is needed but right now, it is. It's not a consequence of your choosing but one or two people took decisions which have had far reaching consequences. This is how it's feeling.
Not what you wanted to hear perhaps, but it is what it is. I'll still follow and I hope for humanities sake, it changes.

The Banksters want their cut of Russia just like Ukraine. Putin stopped that, hence the sanctions. Same old story. Don't fall for the vampyres' propaganda.
