John Meadows is an American professional bodybuilder and entrepreneur with an intriguing story. While John now boasts a successful career as an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and fitness company owner, his journey towards the top was extremely difficult.
Growing up, John never met his father, and his mother died at an extremely young age. This meant John only had his grandmother to take care of him. When his grandmother tragically passed away in 1999, John was left alone without his family to support him.
As the years went by, John continued to face new adversities in his life. During his early days in bodybuilding, John suffered from a rare colon disease. After fighting the disease for several months, his colon burst - almost resulting in his death. Luckily, John was quickly rushed to an emergency room where his life was saved. After several months of recovery, John was finally back on his feet.
Coming back into bodybuilding, John used the very obstacles that almost cost him his life as ‘fuel’ to grow stronger. Ever since he recovered from the colon surgery, John has gone on to become a successful bodybuilder, entrepreneur, and inspiration for many people all over the world.

My father in law is 30+ years training and for the first time we went to the gym together yesterday. We did more in an hour than i would do in 2. Guy is 62 and showed me up 😆 I keep hearing the '4 more' and 'breath' echoing in my ears. I rolled out of bed this morning shoulders on fire. Good times.
Keep up the vids John always good 👍

I always do about three or four bent over cable raises prior to my back workouts, so my rotator cuffs and upper back are warmed up and have a little bit of a pump prior to doing any pulling where have to use biceps in order to train back, it's worked out pretty good for me I seen some results in my upper back and rear delts, in addition I do that same routine when training my rear delts on my shoulder workouts which are usually split two or three days after the back. Training rear delts twice a week will improve your appearance from the back and front 💪

When I do a back double biceps my arms won’t pin fully back, and I can’t turn my hands back so my elbows won’t come out enough to fully open the lats in the pose either. Thanks man!

Is it common to burst blood vessels in your eye from weight lifting? I notice my left eye, the outer part of the white area always is bloody or bruised. Today it is a bit more bloody, probably because I took an advil yesterday. But is this common. I read online this happens due to damage to the eye OR lifting heavy things.

I guess someone will correct me but sounds like u train with waaay too much intensity at the start & therfore can no longer contract even into the middle of the work out. U may need to cut back on reps, sets or not go to failure for sure to relieve some of the seemingly already exusted muscle.
