Dragoons are good against splash damage because of their relatively large hitboxes. They don't stack well. This can be a nuisance when trying to deal damage, but a boon when the enemy has strong aoe. And they do hit pretty hard, that always helps.
0:14 Alarak has the ability to heal by sacrificing nearby units right before dying, and also has the ability to reset the cooldowns of his skills (Charge and Wave) when the sup is sacrificed. These skills were triggered more because Alarak was charging E.marines too quickly. This causes Alarak to use Wave more and kill more E.marines. (This can be done not only by Alarak's sacrifice, but also by Ascendant's sacrifice, and there is also 'No Cooldown Alarak' as a technique that uses this to trigger Wave explosively. But I guess you won't see this here. The reason is, firstly, that this skill requires player control. Second, Alarak is so cool...)
I used to be like that... My most recent playthrough though, i was inspired to create crazy deathballs with some sprinkles of every unit available. Turns out it's a lot better than massing one unit. For example in HotS: 50+ raptorlings, 7+ vile roaches, 10+ hydras, 6+ abominations, 10+ mutas, 3+ ultras is enough to bust through any position in the campaign. Refill lings after every push and you're gucci. In LotV it takes a bit longer to get everything set up but some 20+ nerazim lots, 10+ stalkers, 7+ energizers, 4+ collossi, 4+ vanguards, 2+ archons, a couple of void rays and carriers make an amazing A-move deathball. As with the zerg deathball, refill your lots and energizers as they tend to get slapped a lot, but if you have any energizers left after that, they help with resupply after a push.
Oh, I'm late to this one x_x 4/4, though My predictions: - Alarak (almost always carries every time he shows up) - Raynor (was bracing myself for Kerrigan to possibly use another aoe) - Dragoons (dehaka slayers a-go-go) - Stukov (did not think the ghosts would be able to aoe down the mobs fast enough before they got overwhelmed)
Vs other Heros in a 1v1 sure, but he fucking smacks the shit out of armies even without supplicants. Destruction wave and soul absorption are busted against anything with less than 300 hp
Stukov really do be proving his Russian military genius there: send enough men to have the enemy run out of -ammo- snipes so the officers can reap the glory!
"Come, Brothers! Join me in glorious battle!!!" "Oh, they shall suffer" :D "Fat lady is about to sing" -Raynor(s) killed Kerrigan with Sniper Rifles, but true damage was this burn.
Why Fenix with the Terrans? Why a mass of Raynors? Why not Marine and Marauder to balance that one out better? Such weird compositions, more of an annoyance than entertaining.
Alarak’s “I grow tired of carrying us to victory” gets more and more on point in every battle
the whole quote is hilarious like my dude you carried the team to victory because you sacrificed your entire army to do so
I'm still hearing Discord say it, but I'm never going to be upset by it.
Brah, send him against mechs and tell me again.
Has Alarak ever lost a reasonably fair fight?
He carried LotV
Raynor before: "I'm the man who's gonna kill you!"
Raynor now: *"We are the man!"*
wrgg
The absolute tactical genius of Stukov putting invested terrans in front of the ghosts to eat all their snipes was fantastic
wrg,idts
For once nova wasn’t the first one to die. In fact she outlived artanis and Fenix. That’s quite the feat
She got the trophy for "Most Unexpected Result" on that one
wrr
3/4 Didn't expect that to be enough dragoons. They are deceptively strong
It's more that the type of splash damage of the mothership was bad for that engagement.
@@bernardoheusi6146 Well in big engagements, splash tends to be king

@@bendystrawz2832 also in brood wars their pathfinding was a terror to behold
The quote from SCI when Raynor promised to kill Kerrigan would have fit perfectly.
Seeing the ghosts wasting their snipe on the infested, aaaaaaaaaaarg
Raynor is very based... As in; he should never leave the base.
As a General, he’s a very good Marshal.
man crabs really are the peak of evolution
The Raynor that died alongside Kerrigan was the real one

insane battles today, the mix of heroes and units in fights makes it more entertaining to see
"I'm the army of men who are going to kill Kerrigan"
Should we consider the army of Raynor's clones to be the one man army? (Raynor is, in fact, a man)
I just love dragoons. My LoTV campaign can be simply summarised into 3 sentences:
MORE DRAGOON
MORE REAVER
MORE AND MORE AND MORE VANGUARDS
Last mission is not doable without corsairs and arbiters though.
@@malfeasance62 not really. Anytype of voidray+mothership is easy win. Nerazim void ray is even better
Oh wait you mean corsairs and arbiters with dragoon?
I used to be like that...

OOHHH!!!! I hate seeing couples fight each other.
Love at first sight
@@Ixion-1337 More like "Love at first fight"
Wow, I fully expected stukov to get insta sniped.
"That lady's about to say everybody's gotta believe in something."
CC: “I am the Blade of Arkansas.”
You could legit not have had Artanis there at all and the first fight wouldn't have gone any different.
1:18 you should have used WOL Kerrigan
I saw Tal'darim motherships, I expected a singular Dehaka.
Man, those Dragoons are awesome.
" Your Dragoons are so fat, Taldarim mothership can only hit at a time".
Oh, I'm late to this one x_x
4/4, though

- Raynor (was bracing myself for Kerrigan to possibly use another aoe)
- Dragoons (dehaka slayers a-go-go)
- Stukov (did not think the ghosts would be able to aoe down the mobs fast enough before they got overwhelmed)
Truly the Raynors ARE THE MEN.
can we see campaign taldarim mothership vs alaraks taldarim mothership?
1:00 "Suck" lol 😆
Alarak talks a big game but without an absurd number of supplicants he's actually kind of mediocre.
Exactly. He dies most of the times in 1vs1 fight
Vs other Heros in a 1v1 sure, but he fucking smacks the shit out of armies even without supplicants. Destruction wave and soul absorption are busted against anything with less than 300 hp
But when Artanis have Zealot's support or Kerrigan enters with Zerglings is a fair game?
True, but I think as a unit this makes him well balanced. It also fits the theme of the Tal'darim sacrificing the weaker for power.
I mean, he's lorewise super broken in a 1v1 but as a unit that would be extremely broken
Ah, classic Terran ost makes anything magic.
Bro, can you make a video that is the first battle from an on-the-ground POV? That would be awesome!
Alarak + a lot of squishy enemy units = win.
First time seeing the Mothership lose.
yeah, as soon as i saw that alarak was going up against small units i knewthis was going to be a blood bath....
3:01 Er... What are you trying to do?
AUUUGGHH! AAGGHH! Goin' bust. Aww hell...
Это был отличный выпуск, только герои должны быть один на один,или два на два, без армий.
Stukov really do be proving his Russian military genius there: send enough men to have the enemy run out of -ammo- snipes so the officers can reap the glory!
К доктрине российской армии гораздо ближе Менгск. Артиллерия и плохо подготовленные солдаты.
I can't believe kerrigen lost
"Come, Brothers! Join me in glorious battle!!!"
"Oh, they shall suffer"
:D
"Fat lady is about to sing"
-Raynor(s) killed Kerrigan with Sniper Rifles, but true damage was this burn.
Why every hero use there ultimates, and nova can't use her holo?
Alarak not use "impower me".
nova surprise raynor taking a rest with alarak
Good Video
Raynor finally listened to Tassadar and stopped simping!
Dragoons ftw!
Supplicants are just ridiculously tanky and it’s kinda dumb
Supplicant kill Fenix?! WTF?!
Artanis vs alarak
My life for the highlord.
Fenix was destroyed by suplicants
😂😂😂
Poor ghosts
DRAGOOOOOONSSSS
Alarak really is just the strongest support hero
0/4. Tough one today
Raynor had to shadow clone jutsu to beat Kerrigan rofl
Damn, Alarak has some BROAD shoulders.
Alarak is op
3/4
Putin be like:
0:35
0/4
Jimmy cannot kill Sarah.
Raynor worth less than zerglings lol
2/4
You love alarak that much ? you always give him way more suplicants than need to be a even fight, its annoying me already.
4/2
Dude. 30 men for 1 woman? Ew.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
