Hello Xavi, Do you still own the Ticwatch Pro? Have you managed to fix the disconnection issue? Does It warn you (vibrates) when the connection gets lost? Thank you. Best Regards
@@firminoamartins It worked fine until the last update. Everything is broken again. Disconnect's randomly several times a day, cloud icon appears even if it's connected.
So... I searched tethering in phone system settings and switched "Bluetooth tethering" on. Turned watch off and back on and the issue has cleared. Hope this helps. Fossil Carlyle Gen 5
@@cherylsands6465 You have to systemize WearOS. Systemized apps are the ones which you cannot uninstall. They dont get restricted by any power managment, because the OS ranks it's importance higher than having it installed normally. Just google it. I am not quite sure, whether you can do that without root and just with ADB.

can u please share steps for ios as well, as i am also facing issues with iphone 11, not able to receive notification or take calls and its keeps on disconnecting again and again
Followed ur steps. Restarted phone 📱 and watch and switched on speak with phone option as well and it worked. I bought the new fossil gen 6 !! Thanks 🙏 I had same problem with gen 4 which never got fixed !! Will try in that now :)
iOS user here: I have this issue. It also seems reluctant to work with my WiFi. Google Assistant hasn't worked in months, but I'm on a 2015 watch, so all I'd expect it to do is prompt a Google search on my phone. I've been rebooting both phone and watch simultaneously recently just to try to sync them up again.
Hello Guys, I bought this watch just a few days ago and I have a few doubts now. Would someone please give me a hand? Regarding this disconnection issue, my concern is only the disconnection from phone (bluetooth) because It leaves me without notifications. So, my first doubt is: as far as I am aware of, the watch does not alert us (vibrates) whenever it looses the BT connection. It only displays the broken cloud icon. Is this correct? Or am I missing any setting? Also, I guess the same happens (no vibration warning) when the battery level is very low. Again, am I missing any setting? If so, please forgive me as, like I said, I just own the watch for a few days now. In case I am right, is it a Ticwatch or Wear OS problem? - It's my first Wear OS watch. If it's a watch problem... well... it's a reasonably pricey watch to fail with such a basic features, don't you think? Many thanx for any feedback. Take care everyone...
A year later, still experiencing this issue from time to time. For me, disabling smart lock trust agent helped a lot but didn't eliminate the problem. I love google and all my smart devices including laptop are in the google ecosystem. But small details like this are just annoying and it feels like google sometimes just ignores them. Or maybe they are just not capable of doing a good job on the software level.
I have an issue where my ticwatch pro 2020 disconnect when I try to answer a call from the watch, and until I disable and re enable Bluetooth it keeps disconnected
1. Open WearOS app, select Menu (top right corner three dots) > Disconnect watch 2. Long press on thet WearOS app and select App Info 3. Force Stop 4. Select storage and clear cache 5. Open WearOS app, select Menu (top right corner three dots) > Connect watch
I had this problem with Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Fossil 4Gen. It appers only when I went from home, and lost Wifi Connection (switch to LTE). Broken cloud disappeared when I get back and get Wifi again. It looks like it helped when I turned off "WiFi+" in Wifi settings (this is the function, which automatically switches cellular data, as wifi is weak). It seems that this function was a reason why phone did not tell the watch that the Wifi had disappeared. Watch was virtualy connected all the time to wifi that was lost.
@@JSyntax odd... There really shouldn't be much of a difference, since I'm on a S8 myself. Maybe my explanation sucked? Let me see if I find a way to do better...

the broken cloud icon is not an indicator for the watch connecting to the phone. It is an indicator for when the watch is connected to google servers. So even with the watch connected to the phone, if the watch is not connecting to google servers you will have the broken cloud.
