That you include a coupon codes even for the other brands shows that you simply want to improve people's health whether it be through your product or not. Love your integrity. I've used Ancestral for years and it healed a serious eosinophilic gastritis syndrome in my daughter when her iron and platelets bottomed out dangerously. The doctor gave us prescription iron to take for a year (obviously only non-heme iron which concerned me) but we never filled the prescription. Took trachea and liver instead and she looks like a different child today! Miraculous!

I’ve had migraines all my life and a chronic pain issue at an injury site for 20 years.

Thank you for addressing the pet question, I heard about cats getting some organ meats but I was skeptical about giving my cats something I didn't know enough about. I got the vital proteins one twice and really liked it, but they've been sold out everywhere lately (even on their own website) so I gave ancestral a try. I have noticed a difference personally. The mentally clarity and energy I felt from the ancestral capsules was noticeably stronger! I'm one of those people that can feel a huge difference between having organ meats in their diet or not. In the UK, there is also a great brand called Hirsch, which also does glass bottles. The difference is that it also includes kidney and heart. I wish there were more affordable brands doing different organ types like brain, pancreas, spleen, etc. Ancestral is quite expensive here in the UK as it's imported by a third party.

Not really! I usually take mine with my first meal. But you can take those supplements with or without food.

Did I make a mistake, or do you not ship to Canada? I went to order the beef liver, heart, and
Splean capsules as well as the calogen powder but could not locate Cananda on countries shipped to.
I researched for hours, and the best I found on Amazon is Zen Principle grass-fed & finished, undefatted beef liver. Sourced from Argentina. Apparently Argentinian beef is is almost entirely grass-fed, and unlike New Zealand, is almost entirely raised for beef and meat consumption, not dairy.
For a regular guy, how much would you recccomend taking daily/weekly? I was thinking of perhaps of taking 1 every day I workout, is it too low too see any difference?
The standard serving size for adults is four capsules. But depending on how your regular diet looks like (of you consume a lot of animal products, you can do less. I'd start with two capsules, at least.
I am taking cod liver oil right now. It seems there would be an overload of Vitamin A adding beef livers into my diet? They both seem to have similar vitamins (cod liver oil seems to have more D?). Would you advise switching it out every other mo to keep the different nutrients coming in? Just curious on your thoughts on this.
I'm not a huge fan of oils because it's incredibly difficult to ensure they're not rancid. Beef liver (fresh or freeze-dried) and sunshine has everything I need. However, if you like the oil and trust its source, I'd switch it up every so often.

I'm not a fan of Ancient Nutrition because they tend to use misleading marketing language and hide exact ingredient a amounts in proprietary formulas." For all we know, their formula could consist of 90% liver. I'd go with Ancestral Supplement's MOFO instead.

I appreciate your support! That depends a bit on your nutritional needs and your diet. The more organs you can eat (fresh or freeze-dried), the better it is but you don't have to eat both every day. You can go back and worth and stretch your budget!
Heart & Soil is another good one you left off the list

What are your thoughts on Heart and Soil Beef Organs Supplement?
Heart & Soil makes outstanding organ meat supplements. The only downside of organ meat complexes is that they water down the micronutrients of the individual organs.
For example, the micronutrients you get by adding kidney and pancreas don't make up for what you lose by taking out parts of the liver.
That's why I prefer using products that contain only one or two organs. I supplement with liver and a heart+spleen combo instead of using products that contain liver, heart, spleen, pancreas and kidney.

Hi Jose! You can take them anytime but I usually have mine together with my first meal around noon.
Great video. I have been struggling to get meat into my son's diet. I believe this is a great way to start. His body type needs meat and he eats none. He won't even try any form of meat.

Cutting out carbs and seed oils is what will assist with those issues. I doubt eating pancreas without making other dietary changes will lead to the results you're looking for.

As far as I know, he has several brands besides Ancestral Supplements. I’d assume that they all use the same ingredients but I don’t know that for certain. What brand are you specifically referring to?

Hi there! I'm not a doctor and my video isn't about grass-fed gallbladder. However, the bile in the gallbladder improves the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamins A, D, E and K. I don't think consuming gallbladder will cure liver disease.

I bought wholesome wellness beef liver but it’s been pulled off Amazon right after I bought it. Sketched out a bit. I hope it works and there is nothing wrong with it.

Health4All cooks their liver (instead of freeze-drying it). Heating destroys some of the heat-sensitive micronutrients. So I'd stick with one of the brands from the video (they all freeze-dry their products).
Of course, I wouldn't be upset if you picked MK Supplements (my brand) but all of the ones in the video are top notch :)

Not a fan. They source from Argentina which means the liver is heat-dried. Plus, having been in the industry for a while, I don't know of any way to offer the product for such a low price without cutting corners somewhere.
I went to the store today and came home with lamb spleen, veil kidney and goat heart. I had some of the kidney with dinner and it was delightfully delicious. I've never had any of these before and look forward to making these a regular part of my diet. It was quite inexpensive. There's no excuse to not buy these again.

Liver! Colostrum has certain nutrients for specific use cases but liver is nature's ultimate multivitamin.

I purchased your liver supplement on Amazon, hoping for help with my anemia. Many of the commenters said that it increased their ferritin and hemoglobin. One comment mention this video, so I searched and found it. I’m disappointed to hear from your replies to comments that I probably should have purchased the heart and spleen formula. I guess I’ll try that after I finish this bottle. In the mean time, this should increase iron, too, right? Can you elaborate on the difference between them in regard to iron? I'd wait and see how you respond to liver. A lot of our customers have had success with it. That said, Heart & Spleen has much more iron than Beef Liver.

Any thoughts or info on LGS Supplements Bison Liver capsules?
Good question. Bison is usually more expensive to source than beef. The LGS pricing seems really low which surprised me. I'd ask if they defat the liver. If not, give it a try.

@@FRESHH2JEFF I used to take that 20+ years ago when I was a pro track athlete (because I didn't know any better). But despite what the name may imply, it's just a bunch of synthetic junk vitamins. I'd toss the Animal Pak in the trash and go after micronutrients from real food (e.g., organs).

Can an elderly person aged 84 years taking warfarin amd cholestrol medicine take beef liver??
I see no reason why not but always recommend talking to a knowledgable health care professional. However, if your doctor put you on meds to lower your cholesterol, he probably doesn't understand how foods impact your health and that elevated cholesterol levels do NOT increase your risk of cardiovascular disease. That's a myth that has been debunked a long time ago.
Do you have a all organ mix? Or can recommend one?
We have Beef Liver, Heart & Spleen and Bone & Marrow. Considering that Liver, heart and spleen cover 95% of all vitamins and minerals and organs, our customers create their own mix with those two products. If calcium is a concern, you can throw in Bone & Marrow. You don't have to take all three every day, but you can cycle through them or take two capsules of each every day.

One to two capsules are more than enough.
If me & my family take disicated liver are we at risk for iron or Vitamin A overload?
No, I've never heard of vitamin toxicity from eating real food (as opposed to synthetic vitamins), unless you consume the liver or a polar bear.
Will this help with anemia and low hemoglobin?

Nope, it's bovine gelatin!
I take AG1 - is that ok to supplement with that as well?
Plants are poor sources of micronutrients. Just because a plant has XX% DV doesn't mean your body can absorb it. So, no, I don't consider AG1 a good supplement.
How do you feel about other beef organ consumption like ovaries, etc for reproductive/hormonal balance?
I strongly believe that humans should consume animals nose-to-tail. The more organs, the better!

Herbage Farmstead is what I bought the other day. what do you think of these? I am on trt so my RBC and HEMO raises from that. taking liver tabs will do the same right? will this be dangerous?
I never used their product but based on the product information, it contains fillers and flow agents and they only claim grass-fed (and not grass-finished), which leads me to believe that they use conventionally-raised beef (grass-fed and grain-finished). They also don't spell out if their organs are non-defatted, so I assume they are. All those factors combined lead me to believe that their product isn't on the same levels as the ones I mentioned in the video.

@@DT-oh6gx New Zealand is a good source of beef but all cows are grass-fed (for some time, at least, because calves HAVE TO eat grass). So grass-fed means nothing.

Many people with histamine issues do well with fresh and freeze-dried organs but you'd have to test it.

Irelands pasture is no 1 pasture in the world ❤
From what I know, cattle can't graze in Ireland all year-round. In winter they have to eat hay which is less nutritious than fresh pasture. So I'd argue that cattle from NZ is more nutritious than cattle from Ireland. How big of a difference that makes is another argument but if I lived in Ireland, I'd probably stick with a local product (if one is available).

Hi, I am thinking of getting one of your supplements but I am not entirely sure which to buy. I have IBS and generally end up having "warm farts" throughout the day with relative stomach bloating or discomfort. I saw your video on curing IBS, but unfortunately the other members of my household do not allow meat consumptions at home. I would appreciate if you could tell me which supplement i should buy to alleviate or reduce the symptoms? PS: I do at least consume eggs, grass-fed butter and honey.
But to honest, I don't think any of my supplements is going to cure your IBS which is more about what you DON'T eat (plants) than what you eat. However, if you're not consuming meat, I'd recommend adding freeze-dried liver. That way, you'll get most of the vitamins and minerals you need.
On a side note, you could try eating only eggs, butter and honey (and nothing else) for a while and see if that works.
@@MichaelKummer Thanks for the reply. I will give the liver supplement a try. The recommended dosage per day is 4 right? However, since i have never had it before can i start from 1-2 a day and make my way up?
